"Venice!" Pete called loudly as he hurriedly descended the stairs after the boy. He was gasping for breath as a result of chasing the boy all over the house.

It was Saturday and Vegas left for the company to attend to business. Venice who hated the idea of his father going to work on the weekend decided to go to the company but Pete wasn't having it.

"Come back here!" Pete yelled at the top of his voice.

"Come with me if you want, Pa." The boy giggled as he made his way over to Nop.

"Uncle Nop, can you take me to the company?" The older man raised a brow questionably.

"Little Venice, it's a Saturday and you should be resting. I need to rest too!" Nop pouted at the boy.

Venice pursed his lips, bringing a hand up to his waist. "Uncle Nop, you'll take me and it's final!"

Nop couldn't hold his laughter. Whenever he saw Venice act like a boss, he found it amusing. "Alright, I'll take you but has your Pa given you permission?"

Pete finally got to them, still panting like he ran a marathon at a national competition. "You'll be the end of me Venice. Is it necessary to go to the company?"

"Of course, I want to keep daddy company. Why don't you come too?" Venice asked with pleading eyes.

"I have things to do here, you can go if you want to." Pete finally agreed and the boy jumped him, placing a kiss on his father's cheek before getting back down.

"Uncle Nop, let's go." Venice bid Pete goodbye and hurriedly dragged the older man away.

"Pass by the main family house," Venice said as they hit the road.

Nop turned to look at him, confusion was written all over his face. "Why the main house?"

"I need to pick someone up." He replied.

Nop didn't question further and drove to the main family mansion.

They finally arrived and Venice got out of the car and scurried inside the house.

"Hey, nephew! What are you doing here?" Tankhun asked excitedly.

"Uhm...where is Pheonix?" Venice asked.

"He's inside his room."

Venice nodded before making his way upstairs to Phoenix's room. He knocked once and entered. The younger boy's eyes lits up upon seeing Venice.

"Venice!" He screamed before getting up to hug Venice."

"What are you doing?" Venice asked.

"Reading, why are you here?" Phoenix crossed his arms over his chest.

"I came to pick you up. Come with me to the company. I'm going to see my dad."

"But why are you taking me with you?" Phoenix raised an eyebrow questionably.

"I want company. He'll be busy working and I'll be bored out of my mind. You can bring the book you're reading along."

The idea of spending time with Venice excited the younger boy to no end. "Okay, I'll come with you." Phoenix packed his things into his small backpack and followed Venice out of the room.

On their way out, they met Tankhun leaning against the wall as if he was waiting for the boys. He smirked at them before speaking. "And where do you think you're going?"

"Venice is... Hia is taking me to the company." Phoenix replied quickly.

"The company? But isn't it the weekend? Besides, have you asked your parents for permission?"
