My claws grow and I curl my fingers into my palms until they are dripping with blood. I press my open hands to the doors. "Sprengning." I snapped at the boundary spell like it was a tangible object I could force to obey me. Channeling my own blood was easy enough. But the boundary was strong.

I listened on the other side of the door, hearing the music and chatter dying down. Vampires. Probably a dozen of them.

"Sprengning." I snapped, louder, with more fervor. "Brudd." Break. The doors rattle under my touch, but the boundary spell was faltering. I could feel it. Vincent can say what he wanted about being a blood vvitch- or someone who channels the mystical energy of blood- but blood magic got it done. On the other side of the door, there was a bit more clamoring about.

"Brudd." I felt magic shock the air around me, the the boundary on the building shatters. Immediately I throw up another, of my own creation. "Lukke." Close. A pulse of magic floods out from me, encapsulating the building.

Then, I open the doors and throw them outwards, strutting inside the warehouse. It had been remodeled to be a lair. The windows were covered and there were lounges everywhere. Liquor bottles were here and there, but all the vampires scattered. I wondered if they knew who it was trying to get inside.

It didn't matter. They were locked in here with me. The way I saw it; if a vampire thought they could use magic to keep people out. Then I can use it to keep them in. Let's see how they feel about witches after this.

I tilted my chin up, clasped my hands behind my back and walked through the massive room. Hallways went off here and there, where I knew they must be hiding. I pulled off my leather jacket, and laid it over the back of a sofa.

"Come out, Come out, wherever you are." I called out. "I don't bite." A sort of primal instinct had already taken over, so as I walked into the room, I heard them come down the hallways. My eyes glowed yellow as vampires flooded into the main room. "Tell me, which of you lead this... sad excuse for a vampire clan?"

There was silence. I scan their faces. I recognized these faces. Not individually. But I had seen them all before. The condescension and arrogance. It was all I needed to know. I bared my fangs, and they attack.

I grabbed the throat of the first vampire launching himself at me, and cracked. He fall to the floor, neck broken. A temporary cure for an annoyance. The next actually got closer, I'll give her that. Her teeth snapped near to my neck but I grabbed her by the hair and whipped her across- right into another vampire.

My fingers pulled a vampire towards me, one already on his way, and bit into his throat. The vampire howled in rage, and I drop him. Now, looking at the vampire, the rest of them hesitated.

"You think I am outnumbered, but you are wrong." I lick the blood off my lips. "My name is Alice Mikaelson. And you will kneel." I raised my palm, which had already healed, and felt the magic flood through my veins. My heart was pounding in a way I loved, and my tongue was wet with the blood of a vampire.

"Knele." I demand. Vampires scream out in pain as the blood vessels in their mind explode, bringing them to their kneels before me in a semi-circle. One of them completely fall to the floor, dead from the brain aneurysms. After all, that magic only works on wolves and vampires who heal quickly. So that was the witch. I wipe the blood from my lips with the back of my hand, and look down at the vampire I had bit. "Now, let's try this again."

I stepped over the vampire who's neck was broken, and walked through the vampires on their knees. I scan their faces, and most of them were too preoccupied with the agony to look at me. Suddenly I stop before a woman with blonde hair not unlike my own; light brunette at the roots and blonde at the ends where the sun has bleached it.
