~Hongjoong's POV~
"Euna!" I spun around looking in Seonghwa's direction, he was on the ground with Euna in his arms, "Wake up!" I rushed over to them nearly crashing into the wall as I dropped to my knees, "She needs blood." Seungmin was next to me as he checked her pulse, "What's her type?" I tried to think, "B, she's the same as San. Me and Mingi have her blood type, take mine." He nodded and I picked her up, Seonghwa opened a door and we put her on the bed, "I need you guys to make a decision, if I give her blood I need a stand to hold the bag. Yunho has the only stand."
I looked at him with wide eyes, "Wait last time for San..I held the bag in the air, Yunho is almost done with that transfusion I can hold his. Let Euna use the stand." Seungmin nodded and dragged Seonghwa out, "God Euna please be okay." My mind flashed to how she looked after the whole incident with San, covered in blood with fear and sadness in her eyes. When I looked at her this time, covered in blood, she seemed so different.
She seemed so cold during the mission, she didn't hesitate once and watching her take her father down the way she did was scary. "Hongjoong.." I looked at Seungmin, "I called you 3 times." I blinked a few times, "Sorry I was lost in thought." He slowly nodded and pushed the stand next to the bed before grabbing a chair for me to sit in, "Once this fills to this line take the needle out." I nodded, he took her arm and searched for a vein but took a while. "What's wrong?"
He glanced at me, "I can't find a vein...when was the last time she ate or drank anything?" I tried to think back, "She said she ate yesterday and this morning." He shook his head, "There's no way she ate this morning if her veins are that deep. She's definitely dehydrated as well." I furrowed my brows, she's not eating? "But last night there was extra food gone, I know she ate."
He finally found a vein, the needle was really deep in her arm. "Then it must have been very little." I leaned back, I've been so caught up with the mission and training I had no idea she wasn't eating. "When she wakes up we need to make her eat and drink water, that's probably another reason why she fainted." He found a vein in my arm easily and the blood began to fill the bag quickly, he opened the valve and it began to transfer to her.
"Seungmin.." He looked at me, "How did I not notice?" He sighed, "It's been a long past couple of days..no one noticed." I sighed deeply leaning back in the chair, Seungmin left to check on Yunho and the others. I leaned forward and looked at her, how could I have been so stupid? How did I not notice the blood on her leg, or her skin tone? Why didn't I notice she wasn't eating? Or that she was losing so much weight?
I wrapped my hand around her wrist, my fingers connected, her wrist was never that small. Her cheeks looked more sunken in, her jawline more visible. Her stomach was flatter as well, the bag finished filling and I took the needle out of my arm not worrying about the small hole. I hung my head low in my hands as I watched her sleep, there was a knock at the door and I turned around, it was Mingi.
"Hey.." I smiled weakly at him before looking back at Euna, "I came to see how she was doing." He sat on the edge of the bed next to me, "She hasn't been eating..." Mingi looked at me, "What?" I closed my eyes for a moment, "Seungmin said her veins shouldn't be as deep as they are, it means she's dehydrated and hasn't eaten. She told me she ate this morning."
Mingi looked worried, "Maybe he's wrong?" I shook my head, "Wrap your fingers around her wrist." He did and gasped, "She's so much smaller..how did we not notice?" I shrugged, "I'm not sure." His hand traveled to her fingers, a slight burn mark on her finger tips, "I'm sorry I pushed her...I just.." He was trying to find the right words, "I know." He looked at me as I looked back, "You know?" I nodded, "I see how much closer you guys are, I'm sure the whole group sees it. It just confuses me a little."
