We all sat in the office once again, Yuta was in the living room with Seonghwa as they played with Mimi. "We need to come up with a plan to bring her down." Taeyong was the first to break the silence, "Now it isn't rocket science. She knows NCT was in America and I'm sure she's noticed the guards disappearances. She could easily put two and two together and she'll be expecting us to hit." Hongjoong nodded, "What did you have in mind?" He leaned forward with a smirk, "You're not gonna like it."
Hongjoong blinked a few times before speaking, "No." Taeyong cracked his neck, "You don't get a say." I looked between them before Hongjoong slammed his hands on the table, "I just got her back!" Taeyong looked at me and I got the message, "Joong, I left to train...I didn't just go on vacation. Whether you like it or not I'm in this with you. If Taeyong needs me to do something then I do it." He glared at me with a look that said "We'll talk about this later." but I only shrugged it off. "What did you need me to do?"
Taeyong looked at me again, "You're gonna walk up to her. Quite literally." Before Hongjoong could say anything Taeyong held a finger up, "She thinks you're dead. We'll catch her off guard when she can't attack us, you'll simply walk up to her and stun her. You make her think we're closing in. This will send her into a panic and she'll be expecting moves from every corner, she'll be too distracted to realize my guys are still in the U.S taking down her men and pretty soon she'll make a mistake and that will give us our way in."
I thought it over, "Obviously we'd have eyes on you everywhere. You wouldn't just go in alone." I nodded, "When?" Taeyong turned his laptop around so I could see it, we have a few spies. She's has a planned lunch with her son in two days, we believe he doesn't know what she does." I nodded, "I'll be ready." Taeyong nods, "We make no other moves until this is done. Once this part is done we will meet back up and plan our next act." Everyone in the room nodded, "The rest of you will be sent your posts."
With that he closed the laptop and left the office, soon the others began to file out of the room leaving just me and a very angry Hongjoong. Once the door shut I turned to him, "What the hell was that?" He was staring up at me as he pointed in the direction Taeyong stood about 2 minutes ago. "Joong-" He knocked a stack of papers off the desk, "Don't Joong me." My eyes hardened, "Fine then Hongjoong. I went to the U.S with them to train, something you wouldn't let me do properly. I went on actual missions there and actually helped our cause. He didn't keep me cooped up in a house!"
His eyes were wide from the moment I said his name, as if he didn't expect me to say it. I took a deep breath, "I'm not the same girl that jumped. I might have survived but she died that day. I'm going on this mission and I'll be involved all the way, and even after I'll help with more missions." When he didn't say anything I continued, "I told you before it didn't have to just be you...it's not just you anymore." With that I turned and left the office, I walked down the hall in confidence, I didn't regret a word or choice in that room and I wouldn't later either. I walked into the living room to find Mimi in a new outfit.
