I was sitting in the doctor's office, we had been here for 30 minutes already. They had to make sure I was pregnant. Part of me hoped they would come in and say the tests were bad and that I wasn't pregnant. My leg wouldn't stop bouncing as I picked at the corner of my nail, "Relax Euna...I'm right here." Joong rubbed my leg with his left hand as his right rubbed my back, "I'm so scared..." He hugged me tightly, I heard the door open and my heart began to pound once again.

"Hello Ms. Choi, my name is Doctor Kim. I'll be your main doctor for this process. Now we took another test here and you are definitely pregnant." My heart sank and she noticed my expression, "Now it's nothing to fear, it's just another step in life okay? Based on your medical history and the tests we examined, you only have two options. Both include giving birth." Hongjoong squeezed my hand, "She's scared.."

The doctor sat down in front of me, "Euna, we're gonna do everything in our power to make this as smooth as possible for you and the baby. Do you know how far along you are?" I shrugged, "I had my period last month so I'm assuming a little under a month." She nodded, "Now that's very possible however I do want to let you know that it's possible and very common that you bleed the first time." I slowly nodded, "I'm gonna have you lay back and unbutton your pants for me. We're gonna do a ultrasound and see how big the baby is, we might get a heartbeat but it also might be too soon."

I nodded once more and unbuttoned my pants as I laid back, "I'm gonna spread this around your stomach okay? It probably going to be cold." Hongjoong held my hand as she set the machine up, she took a cleaning wipe and cleaned my stomach off. "You said you're only a month?" I nodded, "That's what I think I am." She nodded and poured a jelly like substance on the remote before laying it on my stomach. A small gasp left my lips because it felt so cold, "Sorry about that." I shook my head, "No worries."

She moved the remote around looking at the screen, "A small smile spreading on her face, "Looking at the size of the baby. You're about 2 months along nearly 3." My eyes widened, "What? That's impossible I had.." I tried to think back, the night before the mission, Hongjoong and I did a lot. "Like I said it's normal to bleed at least once, it can usually be caused by stress." I covered my face, "I had no idea...I've drank so much-" Hongjoong took my hands, "Relax Euna, we didn't know...no one knew okay?"

There was a sound the came from the speaker, I looked over as tears filled my eyes, the doctor turned the screen. I could see it curled up, it was so small and fragile, my heart was beating quickly as the sound filled my ears. It's a heartbeat. "Joong.." Tears threatened to fall, "We did that Euna.." He squeezed my hand with a smile, a tear slipped down my cheek. She took photos of the baby before pulling the remote off and cleaning my stomach. "In a few weeks we should be able to tell the gender."

I nodded, "Now I'll give you some paperwork, you might have to change a few things but other than that the baby seems perfectly healthy. You've been doing a great job, now you'll experience mood swings, more hunger, and you may also get morning sickness. There's a lot of home remedies that will help with that, we'll set up the next appointment as well. I'll write you a list of some vitamins you should take." Hongjoong bowed, "Thank you." She smiled and bowed her head, "I'll have it all ready at the front desk."

She walked out and closed the door as I stood up and buttoned my pants, I looked at Hongjoong. "Are you okay?" He nodded, "Just shocked is all." He gave me a small smile, "I feel like it's starting to set in." I walked to him and hugged him tightly as he did the same, "I think...I want to keep it.." My hands were shaking slightly, "Hearing it's heartbeat..I don't think I can say goodbye to it." His grip tightened, "Then we'll keep it. You know I'll be right here the whole way."

I laid on the bed looking at the picture of the baby, it wasn't very big yet but with the ultrasound photos you could see it enlarged. "Euna?" I heard San at the door, Hongjoong had gone out because Seonghwa still wasn't back. "Coming." I got up and headed to the door, "Come here." I took his hand as I closed the door and pulled him to the bed, "I'm 11 weeks apparently..according to its size." I showed him the photo and his eyes widened, "Woah.." I smiled, "I'm gonna keep it." He looked at me with wide eyes and hugged me tightly.
