-Angela-

I felt my back laid gently on the grass as my fingers ran softly through his hair. Hades continued to kiss me, until his kisses slowly turned into a passionate one.

He touches my face, and he never stops kissing me. I pulled him close to my fingers dancing through his soft hair.

My heart beats raising, a king lays on top of me, and both of us never seemed to mind. His hands were placed on both my sides to keep himself in balance.

My face, on the other hand, starts to heat up when I feel his tongue pushing its way inside my mouth. His kiss becomes rougher as if he's hungry for more.

We both pulled away a minute later to catch our breath. He still tasted like cranberries and it's so addicting.

"Are we going back to your chambers? I need to make sure you're fully recovered" I said.

"Unfortunately, I cannot." he grimaced and I frowned. He took my hand and squeezed it against his.

"Why?"

"Agàpi mou, it seems you have forgotten your conversation with Hecate earlier?"

Hecate... The prophecy... His trial.

My eyes widened, I felt cold-blooded. I shook my head look at him in pleading eyes.

Is it really necessary to do that? But he just woke up!

"Don't go. Please"

He kissed the back of my hand to ease my worries. His fingers trace my face, while his eyes stare deeply into my soul.

"It'll be alright love. You needn't to worry. I'll come back before you know it"

"They're going to force everything out of you Hades. They're going to hurt you. Torture you. So Please just stay-"

"Shh, do not worry that much. I promise I will go home in one piece. Besides I will not go there alone"

"Can you just not show up for the trial? How about we escape or something?"

He grins at my suggestion. I quickly look away, feeling embarrassed by my words. Where the hell am I getting that confidence from?

As if the supreme gods won't find out about this madness. Hades will suffer more.

"Going Bold now are we? I don't mind if we elope but I'm afraid they'll capture us in no time"

"H-how will you be able to get away from this?"

"I've done this for thousands of years, I know how I will defend myself agàpi mou. I am my own attorney." He said with so much confidence.

I never doubt Hades' capabilities. He's very intelligent and careful with his words. He doesn't focus on logical things like any lawyer should be. He often observed outside the box.

Still, It has come to me that the supreme gods are unforgiving and cruel. I just hope that luck will turn to Hades's side right now. What happened to him centuries ago... I don't think I would be able to take it watching him be punished like that again for the second time.

"Let me just take care of this and when I come back, we'll talk about us." he added, gazing into my eyes.

I don't know why, but his statement just made my heart pound worse than before. Hades always knew exactly how to make me flushed.

'Quit thumping please!' I thought.

"Umm... Okay" I tried to look away with my crimson red face, but he pulled me back lifting my chin up and stared into my eyes.
