That means, Gilbert was more dangerous that she thought. But this was what she knew: no matter what it was, Moloch cannot stay in that body for long, so following her will not be his priority. Getting control of full vessel will.—That brought back the question.
Who is following me? She whirled back, no one. So she decided, whosoever it was. I won't lead them to my son.

"We cannot just stay here captain. We need to come up with a plan." Joanna said, as she walked in front of Joel and block his line of vision. "I found it impossible that people of this town has not yet realize our arrival. Sooner or later, they will come. What are we going do then?"
Joel took a deep breath, raised his brows at her, then turned his head to looked at the army holding their ground, ready for war. Anytime.
"We are here for a mission, and we are not going anywhere until we accomplish it. If this people want a fight, a fight they shall have." Joel replied, determined."We are instructed not to harm them." Joel quirked a disagreement look at her. "Okay. But standing here doing nothing will not accomplish the mission. We need to come up with a plan, and get to work. I don't want to stay on this planet any more than I already am.
What the plan captain?""The plan is you cannot accomplish your mission without help." A strange voice said from behind.
The whole army turned in unison, pointed their weapons on the stranger. The intruder immediately raised her both hands up in surrender.
"Woh woh woh! I come in peace." She glared at them strangely. "You want the witch? Well, that makes two of us.""You have ten seconds to start talking before I blow you into pieces witch." Joel said coldly as he continued to take step after step until he was standing in front of her.
"I'm not stupid enough to walk into my own death if I don't have anything for you." She said calm, almost like flirting. "So how about we all put our weapon down, and have a normal conversation," She tilt her head. "like civilize people." Fixing her gaze on Joel. "What do you say, captain." Devious smile curved out from her mouth.
Joel looked back to his soldiers, blinked his eyes in Calm down gesture, turned back to face the intruder. "Talk before I change my mind."
"I don't think you will when you hear what I have to say. But let start with a little introduction. Shall we." Joel eyebrows wrinkled into a hash frown, but before he could talk. She stretched forth her hand, " My name is Clara. Clara Benedict." His gaze travels down her hand and back to her face. He fold his hands on his chest with the wrinkled face. "Okay." She retreat her hand. "The witch you are looking for. I know where she is." Lifting up her lashes at Joel. "Do I get your attention now?"
A little smile curved out from the corner of Joel lips, — not a cute one. But devious and unimpressed kind. "Go on." He said without letting his guard down.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk!" Tapping her tongue in her mouth, with her no, no, no finger in disagreement. "That not how this work captain. I tell you my name, you tell me yours. And we will continue from there."
"Or I can kill you?" Joel glanced at her, looking particularly ornery.
She smiled deviously. "But you can't do that."
"Why not?" He asked with his eyebrows raised.
"Because am one step ahead of you." She added bold, holding Joel gaze steady. "I know where your witch is, as we speak. You don't. You need the knowledge and am willing to give it to you." Shunning her shoulder slowly. "What it going to be captain?"
Joel moved closer and leaving only few inches between them. Joanna was right beside him. "This only end one way for you witch. You tell me what you know. That the only way you are getting out of here alive. I don't have problem killing you." Joel added with mean tone. "I will find her with or without you." Clara gaze at Joanna behind him and back to Joel. "I will only say this one more time. Start talking." He commanded.
"If I tell you all that I know, will you take this witch and leave our land?" She said in surrender, glancing at Joanna and Joel's face.
"That not why you are here." Joanna added.
Clara smiled. "You got me. No. Not the only reason." She glared at Joanna, like she was replying only her. "She have something that belongs to me. And I want it back."
"That we can all agree on. Now speak." Joel commanded.
"She's with my fiance. Micheal." Joel's face wrinkled into more hash frown. Clara could see she hit a nerve but she did not use that information at the moment. "So, will you take this woman away from him?"
"Where is this Michael?" Joel asked.
"I will tell you where he is, if you promise you will not hurt him."
Clara did no longer care if Michael was hurt or not. She was only loyal to Moloch at the moment. The Benedict has always been loyal to a master. That was their true purpose. Her ancestors served Pandora before the great war till their dying breath. Her bloodline was speaking to her.
" I can tell we are close to settling this. So captain, do we have a deal?"
