Anna entered into her chamber, locked the door, and created a ring of salt for protection. She entered into the circle and began enchantment in an unknown language.

On the other side was Michael and I in Michael's haunt.
"We have a big problem on our hands Abigail!" Michael said with a straight face.
I scoffed, "Can you please tell me something I don't know? I mean, how do I get here?" Lifting my hands up and slapping them on my knees in frustration. "This is all your fault. You should have leave me to keep running."
Michael blinked at me confused. Like seriously?
"I don't want to be anyone savior, am not...."
Micheal lifted a finger to silence me. "Shiii!" Narrowing his eyes scanning the room, "Do you hear that?"
I narrowed my eyes, then back at Michael strangely, like he was losing it. "I don't hear anything." I rested my back. "Don't worry, if someone is coming," Micheal looking around, like he was looking for something. "I will hear them before they even get close."
"There! Tell me you hear that?"
"I don't hear anything, Michael. "
"I heard my mother voice calling your name."
I turned around and looked towards the door. "There's no one here Mic—" Suddenly I realized he might be right. I couldn't hear it because it a bound enchantment. It a way a mother can locate her child from anywhere in the world.
My grandmother used that kind of magic before back home. "Michael, give me your hand," I demanded and took his hand. Again, a familiar energy jolted through us, by now it already become normal to us. "I'm about to take a little trip into your mind. Hope you don't mind darling?"
Micheal quirked a bemused eyebrow. "What are you talking about?
"Don't worry, it just a quick one. I believe your mother is trying to contact me through you. We may not have enough time. I will be back soon my dear sir." I closed my eyes then opened them, "You should try and sit down, in case I take too long." I smiled naughty and closed my eyes again.
Anna Garrett, where are you?
"I'm right here." At the sound of Anna's response, I opened my eyes and appeared in front of Anna, outside the salt circle she was in.
I glanced at the salt and smiled, "Protection circle? I'm not going to hurt you, Anna." Tilting my head in a challenging way. "Not unless I have to. And... even I will hurt you, you should know this will not keep me out."
Anna smiled in return. "You are so confident of yourself my dear. Besides, I know you won't hurt me." My eyebrows widened like Really? " The circle are to wear off any negative energy and to protect our conversation."
"Hmmmn. My dear Anna, has your coven turned against you? Now that Moloch is walking in human body in the land of the living."
Anna looked surprised. "How can you possibly know that?" Anna knew Moloch couldn't have appeared to me in Gorge's body. It will be a suicide.
"Don't be surprised, Anna. I can sense his dark energy all over Salam. You do know he was cast down from our world right?" I did not allow her to answer that.
"But I supposed you do not summoned me here for history lesson." I changed my countenance, looking ornery. "Why do you summon me Anna? What do you want?" breathed the last words, slowly, searching her expression.
"Moloch want the ring on your finger."
I scoffed and started walking around Anna. "I know. Tell me something I don't know."
"He also know about the Receiver!" At the mention of the Receiver, my leg hit a break, my mind went straight to Michael.
Worried crippled her heart, as I whirled back at Anna with suspicious. Does she call me down here to distract me and grab Michael. Or maybe they don't know who the Receiver is. Micheal is her son she can't be that heartless. —Her only son. " He also want us to collaborate with your people that arrived on our land in other to find the Receiver," she added.
Holding my expression strong making sure I don't give anything away. "Charming. They should put their forces together, they will never prevail."
"You are so confident in yourself?"
"I know who my enemies are. What I don't know is why you are telling me the latest gossip of your master." Tilted my head, trying to figure her out. "What do you want Anna?" I asked with a mean tone, like a treat.
"I want you to save my son." She knows. I made sure my remote expression did not change. I fixed my gaze on her like I did not know what she was talking about. "It doesn't take long before I put two and two together." Anna continued, "It not a coincidence that you landed on Micheal farm."
Still walking around her, "Does Moloch know?"
"Not yet, but he will soon. I'm sure Clara Benedict is on it as we speak."
"Clara? Michael's fiancee?"
"Yes. Benedict bloodline are bound to serve a god."
"Moloch is no god. He's a servant." I added with an angry tone.
"Not on this planet he's not."
"You want me to believe all of your coven follow Moloch, but you choose to betray your master for your son?" Raises her chin, holding Anna gaze unfazed, searching her eyes. "There's something more. Tell me." I commanded.
"You can't compel me." Anna said with forced confidence.
"I know. That what the ring salt is for." I gazed around the salt. "But what I can do, " I took one step at a time till I was standing at the edge of the salt, "is bring this whole house down on your head." I smiled wickedly. " Now be a good slave Anna, and tell me everything." I commanded.
