The sound of sparse traffic brought the morning in. It was the alarm clock for most Saturday's in Kiel's and Fabien's abode, so it was no new disturbance to Fabien. He shifted from laying on his stomach to his back under the covers, sneaking a stretch in before he relaxed. Kiel could be heard in the kitchen with the accidental bump of cups and machinery - probably the start to his morning coffee. Fabien rolled on to his side and patted around the bed for his phone before reaching further to the bed stand where he found it. He pressed the button to check the time and was met with 05:30 a.m. He wasn't entirely sure when he got to the bed so he tried to recall what he did and the kiss vividly jumped to the forefront of his memory.

Fabien sat up and covered his mouth, blood rushing to his face at the thought of Shaun tonguing him on the couch.

"Fuck."

...(POV CHANGE: FIRST PERSON)...

"Fuck."

I couldn't get the feeling out of my mouth. It had been such a long time since I had kissed and I can't believe I missed the chance to indulge because I was stupidly tired. My fingers slid down to my chin before free falling to my lap. There were no excuses I could use for all that I said last night. There was nowhere to hide. I found my phone once again and unlocked it using my finger print. I had a number of messages and as I anticipated, one was from Shaun.

It had been sent at 3 a.m. so I assumed he would still be asleep at this point. I took a deep breath before I opened it.

Shaun: "I couldn't think of what to say at the time but I just realized that maybe saying nothing was ideal. Maybe you just wanted me to listen. Feel free to shut me up again - I promise you that your method works ('w<) - But in all seriousness, I hope you aren't taking the world on to your shoulders for this one. There are many people who support you and I for one will stay by you."

I leaned back and plopped on to my bed. My heart started to pound as I read along, reaching the end and feeling relief. The situation wasn't over, but for some reason, having Shaun know - aside from Kiel - made me ready to pave a way forward. It could be because we were so involved in the intimate parts of each other's lives when we were together. I still seek some support from the person who was so into me - physically and emotionally. The rest of the messages were glossed over, Hugo's being the only one receiving a response. He finally got around to asking if I would be willing to attend the wedding and I gave him my word. If anything, he didn't deserve to be caught up in my family drama. Well, he would become part of the family but... it's too early to make sense.

I tossed my phone aside and got out of the bed, stretching a bit till I heard satisfying clicks from my joints.

A day in with Kiel would be ideal. After all, we missed each other for the whole week with our difference in schedules.

I barely made a sound as I walked to the kitchen so it was no surprise when Kiel turned and flinched at the sight of me. He put down the empty cup he was holding on the counter and hung his head back, a new mauve bob falling gloriously back as he did so.

"Sorry," I muttered through my smile, walking over to hug this poor man.

He smelt good. Probably had a shower a few minutes ago from how strong his shower gel smelt. His arms wrapped around me with a heavy sigh, his chest pressing into mine. Kiel had his most comfortable clothes on: a blue over-sized short sleeved t-shirt with black draw string shorts which meant that he was about to take a much needed deep rest.

"What time did you come in?" I spoke while rubbing circles on his back.

He leaned a little on me, feeling cradled as we rocked side to side a little.
