It's been three weeks since your last conversation with Ron. His answer still swirls your mind and you've been distancing yourself from him. Even though it wasn't hard to when Ron was busy with his own school work and activities as the Keeper of the Gryffindor Quidditch team. You let out a grumble under your breath as you slam your book closed. Reading is not helping your wandering mind. Neither is being alone.

You leave the Ravenclaw common room to get some fresh air. Maybe a visit to Hagrid will help you. The man may not have any advice about love but you enjoyed Hagrid's stories. The man seems to have so much experience. As you make haste down the staircase and down the halls and many corridors of Hogwarts you sense someone trailing after you. The feeling hostile.

Unsure if you're overreacting you quicken your pace far from the castle. You only turn around when you're off of Hogwarts ground. Trusting your instincts is correct when you spot two girls before you. Pansy Parkinson and Lavender Brown. It's odd for the two to even interact with one another. Either way, you know the reasoning for their appearance is one of drama.

"Finally done hiding away in your room, Y/N?" Pansy spits out. You notice her eyes are swollen as if she's been crying her eyes out. Lavender on the other hand is wearing a mischievous smirk on her face. "What a shame that you're all alone without your friends." Lavender points out.

You squint your eyes to stare at the two, shouting. "What do you two want? I'm not going to play along with this cryptic conversation." Pansy flicks out her wand, shooting a zap by your feet. Lavender then uses the spell Expelliarmus to knock your wand out of your fingertips, the wand flying out of your convenient reach. Now you're definitely unguarded.

Your heart races as you grow nervous. You wonder how you're going to get out of this mess now. A mess you have no idea how you find yourself in. "Draco broke up with me! It's all your fault! What kind of sick magic did you use on him?!" Pansy cries out in frustration. Her voice sends a chill down your spine.

With wide eyes, you watch the girl inch closer to you. So that answers your question on why her eyes are swollen. But you've been hiding like she's mentioned. How can you trick Draco into breaking up with Pansy? What will you get out of that anyway?

"Our love was special. Our future aligned with one another. But now that is all gone! How'd you do it?! Use that Ravenclaw intelligence on him? Your wit? SPEAK UP Y/N!" Pansy's a ticking bomb as her voice erupts louder and louder. Your mind is running like clockwork on how you can possibly slip away from this. You need to get ahold of your wand.

Pansy begins to wordlessly attack you with her flick of a wand. Unable to get a read on all of her movements, you get attack directly. You dart to your right in search of your wand but once you claim the wooden tool in your hand, Lavender interferes and flicks the wand out again. "Two against one? Doesn't seem fair." You bitterly spit out as you glare at both Pansy and Lavender.

"Why are you even aiding her Lavender? What have I even done to you?" You shout out while your attention is pulled back to Pansy who's still attacking you from all sides. Bolts of electricity or fire fly towards you. Lavender chuckles proudly.

Her smile quickly diminishes with a dead look in her eyes. "To get you expelled Y/N. You're in my way. Ron hardly pays attention to me when you're around. It makes sense for me to help Pansy out."

"Evil. You both are!" You angrily spit out. Too busy dodging Pansy's attacks, you lose sight of your wand. No one will be able to help you either since you're far out from the castle walls to scream. There's no smoke puffing out of Hagrid's hut to give you a sign he's home. Think Y/N. Playing defense won't give you a win.

Lavender no longer plays support as she begins to conjure spells out of her own wand. Great. Now you're being bombarded even more. You're walking backwards as the girls begin to close in on you. The hill is steep and you're sure to go tumbling down if you're not careful.
