" Hey Alex, what are you still doing here?" Ashton asks me. "I'm suppose to show you around the campus." I reply. Standing up from the chair I was sitting in as I was waiting.

Holding out my hand to see their schedules. I state a quick " Lets go" , and turn around to show them where their classes are.

Alex's POV:
Walking down the hall, I notice that every once and a while they get this serious, blank look on their face.

Mind linking

I wish I still had the pack bond to listen in, but I got a good guess as in to what they're thinking.

" No really. I just thought they were confused because they're new and are i the wrong territory." Juniper sarcastically snaps.

However, what's great is that they actually whisper some of what they're mind linking. Which is odd, but hilarious to listen in on.

The reason why they whisper like this is similar to talking in your sleep. A mind link is a connection between a pack, and a fellow shifters mate. The mind linking process is done subconsciously which is where dreams come from, and when an individual mind links it puts them into a zombie like state where they can walk and see, but they're more or less sleep walking.

Thus they can sometimes blurt out what they're thinking at times.

" She can't be the Alex right?" Michael whispers.

Oh.... poor boy. I know it's been like forever since we last saw each other, but please don't call me out.

" you do realize that you can't hide forever. Clearly this is a sign that our destiny is kicking in action." Juniper huffs.

" I can't put my finger on it, but something tells me that her and Marci aren't exactly human. The vibes don't feel like they're human, but their not wolves. So keep a look out ok?" One of them whispers loudly as we approach the PE field behind the school. Making my ears perk up and my cat eyes to flash as fear suddenly rushes through my veins.

" Guys. Stop. Don't you feel it?" I whisper to them as we walk. Stopping toward the exit doors which lead out to the PE field. Acting all alert. Watching outside the window, preparing myself to turn around and expose my cat eyes.

I could return back to normal, but Im not one to hide. They're onto me, and I just want to rip this bandaid off quickly.

" No what?" " What's wrong? " No." They all respond quizzicality looking outside the window.

" Ok everyone, this is where we all go out to PE. There is a huge field and track that is to be run around twice every day. Normally during PE they let us do what we want, but we have to be doing something. Either walk the track and talk to your Pack, maybe do some volley ball, or just get off the Leash and run around, etc." I say. Smiling at my own obvious hints. Watching their faces in the corner of my eyes, not facing them head on.

Their reactions are hilarious. The way the look of fear flashes briefly on their face as they realize what I just said. 

" And now down to business. You dogs are out of territory lines, and I would like to know why you're here before I throw you to the rogues. " I state coldly, flashing a menacing grin as I turn around and flash my bright green and yellow cat eyes at them for.

They all looked so surprised. It took everything in me not to laugh my head off. The looks on their faces. Haha

" How did you know?" Luke demands. Standing in front of them.

" Ooooh. Tough guy. Cute." I mock, giving a fake short laugh. I don't know why I'm acting like this, but it's fun.

Finally, being outside and upwind, I get a full face of their wolfy scent.

" Pew! Y'all stink of RedSilver and rogue. What in the moon goddesses name happened to you." Covering up my nose and fanning my face.

Wait! I recognize that smell. That's not just any rogue smell....

" Blackheart!" I scream, anger pulsing through me as I recognize that smell.

" You got three seconds to leave before I bash all your skulls in. NOW!" I scream at them, not caring if my eyes are blazing or if my claws are starting to form on my hands.

" How do you know about the Redsilver pack, werewolves, and the Blackhearts? WHAT ARE YOU?" Aston demands. Pointing at me as he gets in my face.

" Oh. Me?  I'm Alexandria Belikov, and Im a werecat. Now I wont state this again. Leave now while you're still in tact." I firmly boss as I point my finger away from the school.

This is not going well. Why can't they just leave!?"

" Wait Alex? Is it really you?" Michael ask. Shock all over his face as he stands in front of the group. Dissipating all the tension and anger as I faced my once best friend.

" Yeah. So what?" I sassily respond. Breaking the silence in this awkward situation.

" Well. Im Ashton, the soon to be alpha of the Redsilver pack. Luke here is the future the pack warrior.  Michale is my future beta, and Calum is my future gamma. About 6 years ago we were captured by the Blackhearts and they tortured us for every ounce of information about you, and our pack. " Ashton states as he shows his arms along with the others. Scars and burns line their limbs. Each one outlined in silver, the mark of wolfsbane being flooded into their system.

" So why are you here?" I ask. Curious as to what their answer is.

" Well we recently have finally managed to escape. Our pack is currently at war and they can't fight Blackheart. We came to ask if you'll help us gather packs to help." Ashton wraps up, and the anvil of what my destiny is to be crashes down.

" Maybe they can help us find the alpha of the Blackhearts and then we can finally get our revenge? " Juniper asks. Plotting already about how to kill him. He killed my parents, so we'll kill him.

I don't want to get involved, but I guess I have to.

" Hmm , well... maybe we can help each other. You can take me back to RedSilver to kill Blackhearts leader, and I'll help you with whatever war is going on with your pack. "

" I don't think that's possible, the Blackheart pack is very powerful." Ashton says skeptically.

" Hello! Werecat Queen here! I'm pretty sure that I can handle it. Also the guidance counselor is on the zodiac counsel and has been teaching me to fight since the incident. So it's not like I don't know what I'm doing. " I state proudly.

" Wow really? " Michael ask. Surprised I guess that a zodiac survived. But Mrs. Cancer has done an excellent job at keeping me hidden.

" Ok fine. I accept your deal. However,  just out of curiosity, I would like to see what you can do. Want to skip and go to our place right now?" Ashton ask.

" Sure lets go." I say happily as we all walk on out of the school and head over to their place.
