( This scene was is in a different book I made about Derek and Kaitlin, but I deleted it. However, I feel its fitting for this situation.)

Alex POV;

Over the last week, everyone has been training nonstop. We have only been allowed to get three breaks. Water, lunch, and bathroom. Of course we stop training at 6 in the afternoon.

Kaitlin, however, has definitely improved on her magic. She doesn't even need an emotion. She can just do her magic without a second thought. Which is great, because now she has no reason to accidentally light someone on fire.... again.

Just like the rest of us, shes been training nonstop to control her magic, and every now and then she'll recieve fighting lesson. Obviously she'll be trained by her mate.

Sadly, I think the necklace will do more good than her fighting skills. In practice, she just seems awkward, and very out of place. However, thats ok, fighting isn't everyones thing.

On the way over to Ashtons house, off in the distance, I see a couple of yellow eyes in the woods. Peircing big yellow eyes, that seem so familiar. But I dont know where?

I then look back at where the eyes were, and they were gone.

Thinking Im Being paranoid, I shrug off the bad feeling that something is going to happen and continue.

Then there is a loud low growl that is so loud that I know Inam not the only one who heard it. I stop in my tracks, and turn around to face a large cat. All black with piercing yellow eyes. I recognize those eyes, but from where?

Then Ashton, and Derek race out of Ashton's house.

Me, Im frozen still, Tense. Preparing myself for a fight. I stand still, while the black panther cat starts to stalk around me. Walking in circles sizing me up. Growling, at every twitch I made. The air, thick with the intensity of the moment.

How in the hell did this cat get in here? And why is it just me she's worried about?

By now, everyone is frozen still, watching to see what will happen next. The cat then turns around and runs off into the woods. Weird.....

Feeling the air calm down, I walk over the Ashton, and Derek. Leading them inside. Once we get into Ashton's office, I spin around, and throw a chair at Ashton's window. "Ok what the hell was that!?" Ashton yells at Luke who was in his office. Clearly upset that an unidentified cat came into the middle of our pack.

"I dont know! I swear that I made sure that the borders were secure. With a constant watch...." And thats when something clicks.

"Ashton, is everything ok?" A quite little voice says from around the door frame. Then suddenly this small, petite girl comes out from behind the wall. She has Long brown wavy hair, tan skin, big brown eyes, and is wearing some blue shorts, and a black band tee with the words "All Time Low" on them.
