A/n: I think I'm gonna start naming my chapters instead of just the character names.
Summary: Alternate Ending; Natasha doesn't die, you do.

Natasha clung onto Y/n, tears spilling from her eyes.
"Y/n, please don't," Natasha said, tears running down her cheeks. "The team needs you! Bucky needs you!"
Y/n smiled.
"It's okay," Y/n said, before pushing off the wall, forcing Natasha's hand to let go.
"NO!" Natasha yelled, but it was too late.
Y/n's smile stayed on her face as she fell to the bottom of the cliff, an ear-splitting crack filling Natasha's ears.
Y/n was gone.

Natasha woke up in a shallow pool of water.
She remembered.
Y/n sacrificed herself for the stone. For the team. For Bucky.
"Oh my God, Bucky," Natasha thought. "What am I gonna tell Bucky?"
Natasha stood up, water dripping off her suit. She unclenched her hand, and an orange stone dropped from her hand.
She bent back down to pick it up.
The Soul Stone.
A soul for a soul.
Natasha screamed a sob, falling into the water and crying.
"Why, Y/n? Why?" Natasha thought, as she pressed the button on her suit to bring her back to the Avengers.

Natasha landed on solid ground.
She opened her eyes as her mask disappeared, and her heart broke when all the Avengers were looking at her.
She made eye-contact with Bucky.
"Natasha," Bucky said. "Where's Y/n?"
Natasha sobbed, throwing herself on the ground.
Bucky realized. Bucky stumbled backwards, tears welling in his eyes.
"No, no!" Bucky said. "Natasha, please. Please tell me she's alive! Please!"
Natasha looked up at Bucky, eyes red.
"I'm so sorry, Bucky," Natasha said. "I tried to save her. She refused. She made me let go."
Bucky fell to his knees, as he sobbed into his hands.
All the Avengers bent down onto one knee, grief filling them form there loss of Y/n.

A month later, the Avengers lost both Tony and Y/n.
They had a funeral for both Y/n and Tony.
Tony had a funeral where they put his first Iron Man heart on a flower crowd, that was engraved "Proof Tony Stark Has A Heart" and sent it into their lake in the back yard.
Y/n had a funeral with (Your/Favorite/Flowers), and a tombstone with writing that said "Y/n L/n Lover Friend Doll"
About 1 week later, Bruce sent Steve back, to see if they could get Y/n.
But Steve never returned. Instead, he stayed with Peggy in the 1940's.
It left Bucky alone.
Bucky had Sam, his new friend. But he wanted Y/n.
Bucky cried every night, aching for Y/n. Aching to hold her in his arms, smell her scent of lavender and honey, to feel her lips on his.
And she didn't even say goodbye.

Y/n screamed in pain, as she shot up from the ground.
She looked around.
Cobblestone ground, and a tall cliff in front of her.
She felt the back of her head.
A tiny bit of blood.
How was she not dead?
She looked around, and checked her pockets.
She had two daggers and a gun.
But she remembered.
Her suit could send her back.
And her suit wasn't broken.
