Parker POV
I was in the middle of class when I got the call, I ran out of class, sprinting to the hospital, my eyes welling up with tears,
I make it to his room,
"He doesn't have long, he's awake but the stroke damaged his heart," The doctor said
"How long?" I asked
"Days? Hours? it depends on him," He said
I nodded
"I'm sorry," He said
"Pop pop,' i said as I ran to his side,
He looked so weak but his eyes were open,
"Hello my little warrior," He said in a weak voice,
I took his hand in mine,
"I'm so sorry I should have been there I'm so sorry," I said feeling the tears falling down my cheeks,
"There would have been nothing you could have done," He said petting my hair,
"I need you to do something for me," He said weakly,
"Anything." I said as my lip quivered trying not to lose it,
"At home in the safe, there is a yellow envelope I need you to deliver that to Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes," He said
I nodded,
"I love you so much," He said
"I love you too," I said
Steve POV
I was in the main living area with Bucky we just got done running, when I got a call,
"Hello?" I said
"Is this Mr Rogers," The lady's voice said
"Yes, who is this?" I said
"This is Rebekah at Mercy hospital, " She said
My eyes got wide,
"Is he?" I began
"No, but not long," She said
"Okay, thank you I will be there as soon as I can," I said I hung up,
"Who was that?" Bucky said
"We need to go now," I said
Parker POV
"Do you remember when you first came to live with me?" He asked weakly
I nodded
"You didn't want to eat, you didn't want to sleep, wouldn't listen to anybody," He said
I nodded,
"I reminded you, that the hurt will always be there, but not to forget about the people who are still in your life, that they care about you very much," He said
"I remember," I said getting choked up,
"I do not want you to forget that, you are a warrior just like your parents, and me, you be strong, do not give into darkness, or grief," He said
I nodded,
"Pop please, I can't do this with out you, I don't want to be alone, you are all I have," I said
"I know sweetheart but sometimes life doesn't give us what we want rather what we need is what it gives us," He said
I nodded,
He slowly and shaky tucked my hair behind my ear,
"I'm so proud of you," He said
The heart monitor started speeding up,
I held his hands with both of mine, tears streaming down my face, my lip quivering,
And suddenly it flat lined,
My hand on his cheek,
"Pop Pop..." I said
"Pop pop," I said
I laid my forehead on his arm and started crying, my chest rising and falling rapidly from crying,
Steve POV
Me and Bucky rush into the hospital room to see Parker was already there,

I slowly made my way to her, putting my hand on her shoulder,
She spun around seeing me,
she stood up,
"Steve, he's- he's" She said looking back at him,
I brought her in a hug knowing she was getting overwhelmed
her head just coming below my chest,
"It's alright," I said as she cried into me,
Knowing this was going to be a difficult chapter for her, but we're going to be there for her, I thought
