I need coffee!
Last night was horrible I could not sleep everything that happened kept going on repeat in my mind. So many questions I need answers to.
Dad and Grandpa were fast asleep when I came back home last night ,they were exhausted with everything going on. So I decided to not disturb them and wait until morning to ask grandpa why he don't want me to tell win everything now that it's almost confirmed that win is the one.

I joined grandpa and dad at breakfast table and had coffee with toasted bread and egg.
Everyone was quite maybe we all needed our coffee first before any talk....more likely an argument starts.

Okay... I cannot wait anymore

"So.... Are you going to tell me why did you stop me from making win aware of the truth".

Grandpa wipes his mouth on napkin, straightens his shoulder before making an eye contact with me which can make anyone anxious on the receiving end of it but not me I know he is buying time articulating everything before he says anything out loud.

I wait. Barely...

"Win is son of one of our loyal family "

"How is--"

"First let me finish, your questions will be answered"

"Win's Dad Arthit was an important member, his mom Praew became the loyal family member after they both got married. Praew was saved by Arthit when he was on a mission to find Venola and they fell in love, oh they were so in love . We were a family like Nate and Mike ,you and win have actually played together when you were barely an year and half old but when celeine left us......everything was chaos here, Arthit wanted to keep his children safe and moved to states he was still a member he helped us with lot of information ,Praew always said that she wanted her kids to know their legacy and that they'll soon bring them to vow loyalty . "

Dad continued

"We lost them before any of that could happen ,they were here in Thailand , They actually came for a vacation but Arthit was never a vacation man he tried to use his vacation to find clues.

He got some information about the cult he found the pattern to be similar to what happened centuries ago when it all started and we thought we were getting closer to answers he said that he found the pattern and if he is right he knows what is going to happen we asked him to wait for us to join him but he didn't listened he said there was no time to explain and he'll send us his location we just need to follow him Praew went with him .
We told them to stand their guard not to make any move until we reach them but situation was not on our side and they had to act....They saved a child
But we were late and we lost both of them. "

" Win's uncle praew's elder brother knows everything and he asked us to not tell anything to win, he wants to keep them safe and I respect his decision he is their guardian now and if he doesn't want them to know we have no right to disobey him, and telling win will certainly put him in danger. It's ironic huh I wanted you to bond with your silver soul as soon as possible and now I am stopping you ".

" If you knew win when he was a child how you did not know that he is the protector ? "

"It's not that easy bright he was barely a year old , maybe your bond started then,maybe we would have known your connection if you both were a little older Celine and flora also showed their connection when they were three years old but you and win were separated just within a year, we couldn't have known so early"

"This is all , it's just...  What do you expect me to do then, you were the one who said that I need my silver soul, now what? "

"To be honest I don't know but for now my first priority is to find those kids who are missing, to save them it was win's father who informed us that they will not kill those kids at least not until Draven has 23 pure souls, we don't know what he is planning but this was also done years ago when it all started same pattern maybe he'll make a deal with devil and open manta gate, whose location is still not known. "

I just took it in whatever grandpa said and I am trying to compartmentalize my emotions to keep it in check how grandpa taught me and it works I just feel.... Okay. Numb. Cause if I feel too much I could loose control .
He said that I won't need to do this if I bond to my silver soul but now I guess this is the only way. To suppress and just not feel ,not think too much , just let it happen and for the first time I feel ready to do what is needed even kill.

" Okay then we do just that I am tired of just hearing things I need to have some action and as far as I know our time is running out he already has 22 kids."

Grandpa looked worried not sure about what cause he is looking at me weird. Dad is about to say something but grandpa stopped him , well whatever I need some air.

As I make my way out of the house I received a call , not right time but I pick up anyway
"Win, is everything okay"

"Hey bright I know that I should have called you earlier but I apologize for being a little late I just did something that I know I shouldn't have done I mean I should have but not without informing you "

"Win you are making no sense just tell me what have you done? "

"Don't worry I haven't done anything illegal Well you can call it illegal but not in real sense.. "

"Win.. Tell me where are you I am coming "

"Yeah that's right that's why I called you I have something to show you I don't know what exactly this is but I am sure it's something "

"Win.. Send me your location we'll talk when I am there okay"

"Yeah yeah right I'll send you my location just don't freak out Its safe at least till now it is so there is less chances of something going wrong in next 15 mins."

"Oh it shouldn't  cause you are already in trouble once I reach their ,don't move an inch from where you are now find a corner and sit ,don't try and use your brain until. I am there understood. "

"What do you think -"

"Win do you understand or not? "

"Okay. fine! "
