Apollos pov
I took a deep breath as I entered the courtroom. I haven't been here since the last trial. Hopefully things will end better this time!
I took my place at the defense bench. Standing across from me was klavier gavin, my opponent.
"Court is now in session for the trial of wocky kitaki" the judge announced "is the prosecution ready?"
"The prosecution is ready to rock and roll herr judge" he snapped his fingers.
"The defence is also ready your honour and unlike the prosecution I know how to properly address you"
"Polly!" Trucy hissed. I looked away. I did promised I'd be nicer to him but I can't help myself. He makes it too easy.
"Ah as cutting as ever my little spitfire" he leaned against the bench with a carefree smile "tell me herr forehead have you been looking forward to this moment as much as I have?"
"Looking forward to wiping that smirk off your face maybe" I leaned forward with a grin.
"Schatz you know better than to threaten me with a good time' he chuckled, his hair covering his blue eyes.
"Mr justice, prosecutor Gavin am I interrupting something?" The judge raised an eyebrow.
"No your honour there's nothing going on between us" I said quickly.
"Oh? You're saying you don't find me charming" klavier smiled teasingly.
"I find you annoying that for sure" I growled, my face turning red from embarrassment.
"Oh lord it's those two all over again" the judge sighed "let's just get into it. You can have your little lovers quarrel outside the courtroom"
"Ja understood herr judge" klavier smiled as my face turned a bright shade of red. How humiliating!
