Apollos pov
I hummed to myself as I carried a bag full of shopping. I got all the necessities along with a few treats for mikeko. I can't wait to see the look on his adorable little face when I get home. I giggled at the thought of it.
"Oof!" My thoughts were cut off when I bumped into a broad chest. A pair of strong arms held me steady. I looked up to see..
"Gavin" I blushed at how close we were.
"We just keep running into each other don't we herr forehead" he chuckled.
"Yeah unfortunately" I stepped back, my thoughts still cloudy from my conversation with mr wright.
He gently cupped my chin "is everything alright Schatz?" His eyes were filled with concern. Is he really the terrible person Mr wright warned me about?
"Yeah sorry. This morning's just been a little hectic" I gave him an apologetic smile.
A smile returned to his face "well I have just the thing to cheer you up" he reached into his pocket, pulling out-
"Tickets?" I tilted my head in confusion.
"Ja. Two tickets for my concert. One for you and one for the fraulein"
"I'm not sure klavier. It's not really my thing" I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly.
"Give it a chance schatz. Do it for me" he gave me his best puppy dog eyes.
I sighed in defeat "fine but I expect to get a full refund if it sucks"
"Not to worry mein lieber. Klavier gavin doesn't disappoint" he winked at me before walking away.
I found myself smiling as I walked home. It's nice to have something to look forward to for once!
