I want to been seen.
But I do not want to be seen face to face by another human. So this is my compromise, I have the possibility of being seen by someone, but no guarantee. And should they see me there is a wall, the protection of anonymous. They will never know who I am and I will never have to look them in the eyes as they try and tell me how to fix things or that I am not broken at all.
Besides with face to face conversation you can't leave for hours at a time and come back and resume once the words for your response have appeared in your brain.
Edit: Should anyone ever read this and know, or assume to know who I am. Don't ever bring what you have read up in conversation.
