You know what never made sense to me, when people leave the Catholic/Christian religion and then go join one of the others, like the Roman or Greek pantheon Ect.
The swap from catholic/Christian to Atheist, makes perfect sense. The religious are assholes, fuck religion, there is no God. Very straight forward makes sense.
But then you have the people who move from catholic/Christian to worshipping a, I don't know, Greek god or something. Like you do you, but how did did you go from. The religious are assholes, they fucked me over. To let's join a religion where the main God is known for fucking people (literally) over. and the rest of them have been know to destroy/ torture/ curse followers simple because they had a bad day, and or were offended. And they get offended an awful lot.
Yeah let's go worship the walking red flags, not like I don't have a shit ton of those walking around in my life, might as well make one my God to.
Makes for amazing story's, but what in the actual fuck.
