On a campground, in the middle of a forest, Heatblast had just lit up a fire.
Max: isn't using Heatblast a little overkill?
Gwen: I mean, yeah. But if you kept on using those matches, we were going to be here for ages and I'm kinda hungry.
Ben: yeah, what you got to eat tonight grandpa?
Max: squid surprise.
Ben, in disgust: what's in squid surprise? Besides the obvious.
Max: it's a surprise. I can't just tell you.
Ben: maybe you should've gone XLR8.
However, while max heads into the rustbucket, a blue portal opens up and from it, professor paradox, and an alternate ben and Gwen step out of it. Ben's eyes lit up seeing another version of him while Gwen gets ready for some bad news.
Ben: wow! It's another me!
Gwen: I guess I'm just used to this now.
Paradox: hello Gwen 10.
Gwen: hey paradox, what multiverse ending event is happening now?
Paradox: no such thing is happening, yet. For now, I'm just here to deal with a potential issue.
Max walked out of the rustbucket holding some squid, meat and some vegies.
Max: what's going on here?
Paradox: perhaps I should explain.
Cut to after the explanation.
Max: so, I get the whole multiverse thing, Gwen already explained everything to me, and I get that alien x thing, but you need to take my Gwen, and leave this Gwen because...?
Paradox: quite frankly, the way that those version of ben and Gwen treat each other is dreadful, and with future events, we can't have that.
Ben: but won't they grow out of it?
Paradox: ben prime and Gwen prime barely did.
Gwen: and what about those other versions of ben and me?
Paradox: they all grow up differently.
OS ben and Gwen in the distance.
OS ben: will you cut it out doofas.
OS Gwen: I'm just going for the ketchup.
OS ben: my ketchup.
OS Gwen: this isn't even our universe.
OS ben: shut up dweeb.
OS Gwen: doofas
OS ben: dweeb.
Gwen: all right, cut it out
OS ben: make me.
Ben: all of this over some ketchup?
Max: well, you two where like this at the beginning of summer.
Paradox: getting the omnitrix has only made this ben more arrogant and he seems to forget every lesson he learns at the end of day.
Ben: well, that sounded like me.
Gwen: and he's just activated the omnitrix.
Ben: and she's just pulled out a spell book.
Paradox: you can see why their max was so willing to let me take them to try and help them.
Max: yeah, I can see, but I don't think I could handle them.
