Gwen 10

Episode 13 - last charge.

We start with lucy changing into her Lenopan form to stretch over to Gwen before returning to her human form.

Lucy: Gwen, I'm so happy to see you. It's been way to long.

Gwen: did I miss something?

Lucy: well, to become a plumber I need a few months off world experience, helping out the locals of that planet. And what better planet to start on then the one where the omnitrix wielder lives.

Gwen: now really isn't the best time. I'm kinda going through something. And we have malware on the run too.

Lucy: no way, malware. I've been hearing about him. Some insane mechamorph who can absorb tech. How true are the rumours?

Gwen: well the omnitrix was just a rumour.

Lucy: how can I help?

Gwen: are you sure you want to help? Malware has a tachyon cannon.

Lucy: now I know I have to help. You'll need all the help you can get against one of those things.

Gwen: how do you know that?

Lucy shrugged, playfully as Gwen looked at the omnitrix, it sparking with pink energy.

Gwen: it doesn't help that this thing's been acting up recently. More miss-transformations, black spots, even more inconsistent timing out. It has to be malware's content grabbing and trying to absorb it.

Lucy: what are you on about?

Natalie: are you ok gweny?

Gwen: I just need a moment to think.

She ran off into her room and lucy managed to slip herself under Gwen's door, Gwen being slightly creeped out with the revelation.

Lucy: malware's really doing something to you? Isn't he?

Gwen: it's more of feedback.

Lucy: feedback?

Gwen: an alien I unlocked a while ago. But there's something off about it. I just keep wanting to use her more and more.

She activated the omnitrix and she showed off the silhouette to lucy.

Lucy: no wonder it's a conductoid.

Gwen: meaning?

Lucy: conductoid have a biological response to absorbing energy. Like say with you humans and eating sugar. It was a response to not having a lot of it to go around but then they figured out how to farm it.

Gwen: well, that puts things into perspective. I think.

Lucy: well it's just speculation anyway. There not all those social creatures. Put to many in a room and they literally tear themselves apart.

Gwen: why are you telling me so much about feedback?

Lucy: if you're having trouble with her, I want to figure out how I can help.

Gwen: thanks but I don't think this is an issue that anybody can solve. I just have to not use feedback. Now as for finding malware, any idea?

Lucy: well he's a mechamorph right?

Gwen: yeah?

Lucy: well, he'd be looking for some kind of energy. The more tech a mechamorph meld with and upgrade and mimic, the more energy it consumes.

Gwen: like having multiple tabs open at once.

Lucy: if I knew what that was, I'd agree.

Suddenly she got a call from max.
