Episode 9 - The Unblinking Eye

We start out episode in the middle of a desert, where Doc and Drew were taking inventory, meanwhile Zak and Fisk where just tossing a ball between each other. As fisk threw the ball back to Zak it melted into the sand.

Zak: that was our third ball.

Fisk blew a raspberry as Zak walked over to his parents.

Zak: how much longer is the solar recharge going to take?

Doc: It's not just the airship that needs a recharge, your mother and I thought that we could all use some peace and quiet.

Zak: but isn't' that just running and hiding with a different name?

Suddenly Gwen ushed in with XLR8, kicking up a ton of dust with her.

Gwen: I didn't find anybody tracking us around for at least 5 miles.

Drew: you've only been gone 5 minutes.

Gwen: XLR8 can go so fast it's like she stops time.

Doc: why do you always refer to your aliens as if their separate people?

Gwen: because they kinda are. Or at least, I see them as their own beings, but there still me. It's a weird thing.

Drew: no kidding.

Doc: it's still interesting non the less. Is it like you can feel how there different? I wonder how the connections in four arms and stink fly are made with your brain. Like wouldn't you be so used to only having two arms, which having four wouldn't work?

Gwen: I didn't make the watch; I just use it.

Doc: right, sorry. It's just interesting. Do you think you could turn into a crypted?

Gwen: I guess. I don't know the rules with this thing anymore. It used to be 10 minutes, but the more I use it, the more the battery just kinda gives up.

Suddenly they hear a loud sound. Running out from under the shade of the air ship, finding that pods where crashing into the desert, and from them emerged spherical pods with three tentacles sticking out of them, keeping them upright and walking.

Everybody got into fighting stances, Doc having her fire sword out, Doc his combat glow and Zak his claw. Gwen got ready to rush forward when one of the pods upended up and lowered, out of it stepped a man in a trench coat, light grey skin, and sunglasses to block out what his eyes would look like.

Doc: epsilon?

The next pod opened up, showing an identical person, probably his child.

Zak: Francis.

Gwen: I'm out of the loop. Does somebody want to fill me in?

Epsilon: interesting, so you do have the girl with you.

Drew: nu huh, we had a deal with the secret scientists, we don't bring up some big event and you guys leave us alone.

Epsilon: well, we're here to bargain with Kur, not on behalf of the secret scientists.

Drew: what do you think you know epsilon?

Gwen timed out.

Epsilon: you have a habit of picking up powerful children, don't you? No worries, we are not here for the wielder of the omnitrix, not yet. First, we have a more pressing matter. The show your son put on back in Manhattan. Did you not think my people would figure this all out? That your son's Kur, or that the alien heroes that just showed up over summer was now coincidentally showing up wherever you are. We managed to figure out that the alien heroes where with the Tennyson's, and with just a little more tracking down, and a massive displace where the male Tennyson was riding on the female to'kustar's shoulder, well we figured everything out.
