Season 2 Episode 1 - truth

As the group where driving away from MT Rushmore max explained the events of how he last met vilgax and got rid of him.

Ben: after all that, I'd believe he was gone for good after all that.

Gwen: and the plumbers are...?

Max: the plumbers were sworn to stop anything extraordinary, extra-terrestrial, something that's out of this world, but due to Vilgax's defeat, there weren't enough serious threats to keep the Plumbers in service on Earth. So, it moved off world with all human plumbers deciding that they where better off on our little blue marble.

Ben: we're plumbers in training, aren't we?

Max: that's one way of looking at it. Now about you are knowing about vilgax...

Gwen: I'm not really supposed to talk about it but on the night that I found the omnitrix I was brought into this massive battle, omnitrix wielders left right and centre, however when we failed a version of vilgax destroyed the omniverse, only 1 universe remaining and the ben from that universe got the first ever ben's omnitrix, they came and got us and undid the multiversal explosion. Bringing us all back where we sent the bad bens home and we kicked vilgax's butt. It was my first time using Cannonbolt as well and I thought I could beat him again, I guess I forgot that it was a team effort.

Ben: bad bens?

Gwen: apparently you were supposed to find this thing, in every universe but 2. the one where it didn't exist and this one where I got it.

Ben: that's so not fair.

Gwen: be glad this isn't the no watch universe where the omnitrix didn't exist.

Max: so, we were dead?

Gwen: for about 10 minutes, but yeah. There where a lot of different bens there, like that blue ben who was full of himself, that mad ben who wore spikes and looked like he lived in the apocalypse and even a ben from the future who could create fusions.

Max: and you weren't supposed to tell us?

Gwen: paradox said it was for the safety of the multiverse.

Ben turns on the radio and found that there where monsters in a hotel that wasn't too far away. Gwen activated the omnitrix and tried to get XLR8, getting her perfectly.

Gwen: looks like whatever vilgax did to get me out of constantly transforming seems to have stopped the mistransformations.

Ben: you don't know that for sure.

He got out his hoverboard and he put on his mask.

Max: go on, I'll catch up.

The pair move towards the hotel and go inside.

Ben: are you sure XLR8 is going to be able to fight what ever the monster is?

However, after little searching, they spot the monster, and it was a small red alien with black claws on its hands and feet. Ben let out a laugh while Gwen walked over to it, the alien bit her and she ran into a wall to get it off of her face. The creature jumped off and ban looked at the prototool and he looked it over, he tried to change its shape and tried to see what it would do, it shot out a net that encased the havoc beast in the net.

Ben: I didn't expect that to work.

Gwen: what even is this thing?

Ben: I don't know but he looks like an alien to me.

Gwen: I don't know.

From behind them somebody manages to run up from behind and he tries to grab onto XLR8, failing to do so because she had reflexes that was too fast for him.
