Gwen 10

Episode 10: Initiation.

We begin with Ben, Gwen, Max and Lucy on a ship. Lucy bounced in her seat. Clearly excited, meanwhile Ben had his mask on and hidden.

Gwen: you all right dweeb? You've been in there a long time.

Ben: I'm just waiting for her to call me. Send me a message, literally anything.

Gwen sighed and pulled his mask off.

Gwen: A lot happened on that ship; she needs time to process it. Let her process it, besides it's a big day today.

Lucy: I can't believe it's finally here, the day I become a plumber.

Max: JR plumber.

Lucy: I get the badge. It's close enough to count.

Ben: Yeah, maybe seeing a bunch of people my age fight to the death will get me back to normal.

Gwen: Not to the death.

Ben: Aw, but that just lowers the stakes.

Max: Looks like they've printed the lineup. A Pyronite called Blaze, a woman called Ilma, an archanachip called Chimpy and of course, Lucy.

Lucy: And two surprise people as well. Wonder who those are.

The ship landed down and as soon as it did and the group where off it, along with the others on the same transport ship, Lucy spotted Camille and Joel. She immediately leapt into Camile's arms.

Lucy: I'm so glad to see you, Mom.

The pair fell down and splatted into puddles of mud before reforming.

Camile: Maybe don't hug so hard that we go splat on the floor. It's getting harder to keep rebuilding myself.

Lucy: sorry mom. I'm just so excited.

Joel: So... she's not dead.

Max: Have some faith in us.

Ben: Not to mention having her around was pretty useful when Gwen went on that trip with the Saturdays.

Gwen shoved him with her elbow. She then whispered to him.

Gwen: hey dweeb, they still don't know about...

Joel: The Omnitrix. That thing on your wrist that can turn you into like a billion aliens.

Ben and Gwen look over at him in confusion.

Joel: Lucy kind spilt her guts after the wedding.

Gwen: Well since we're not keeping it a secret, it's more like 25 aliens.

Joel: anything for lenopan?

Gwen: I don't think this thing likes lopans. Or there's something weird about their DNA or something. But so far, no.

Ben: And don't think I'm gonna let you off for all those anodite comments.

Joel: Finally figure it out huh?

Ben: If you mean that my grandma's an alien, which I shouldn't be as okay with as I am, then yes.

Joel: Whatever squirt, we're here for Lucy.

The room seemed to stop as the Magistrata floated out, this being the first time that either Ben or Gwen had seen her. She was a tall and slim humanoid alien with cyan skin. Instead of hair, she had four short tentacles with brown spots. She had wrinkled, dark green lips, no nose and yellow eyes. Her Plumber Suit looked similar to what regular Plumbers wore, but she had something that looked like a ribbon around the red spot on her chest. She also had a small skirt on her pants and a coat that covered her legs. Joel, Max, Camille and Lucy immediately stopped what they were doing and saluted her. Quickly followed up by Gwen who caught onto what was going on, Ben not being as quick to catch on.
