August pictured above

I wake up bright and early. I am super nervous. To hear what Ms. Sarah and Alpha Gordon have to say.

I am also curious about the letter. I was supposed to receive. If and when I found my mate. I wonder why that mattered.

I get up and put on blue dress slacks with a white button down shirt with a blue tie. I sit at my breakfast nook with some coffee and a dark chocolate biscotti. When I am done.

I put on my dress shoes and decide it is time to go. I climb in my beat up jeep Cherokee. I head over to the pack house.

I arrive and Detective August is outside waiting for me. Good morning sir, I say. Something flashes in his eyes.

It is gone just as quickly. Good morning Gabe. How are you this morning. Fine, a bit nervous.

I will find out the people that I trusted the most. Kept something from me. I know it was with my safety in mind. I will not act rash. I will try to think things through.

That is good Gabe. I am actually very curious to see how you fit in with my investigation. Me to Detective August. Besides residing in an orphanage for fifteen years of my life.

Fifteen years I thought you were brought in as a baby. No I was left at three years old. I do not remember anything before then though.

All my memories are from here at Harvest Moon. Shall we go see the Alpha and Ms. Sarah. I am sure they are waiting for us. Ok, let us go then.

I walk up the stairs and open the door. As we walk in the Luna tells us they are in the office waiting. Thanks Luna Christoff. I know the way.

August asks your pack is open to a male Luna? Yes, do you have something against it. Of course not. I am Bisexual. I would have been perfectly fine if my mate was a man. I mean most packs and people in general are so old fashioned.

Also with Christoff being the submissive mate. He is able to get pregnant. They have a set of two year old twin girls. Ava and Eva, they are the cutest things.  Here we go the alphas office.

I step forward and knock. Come in Detective August and Gabriel.  The alpha shakes Detective August's hand. He tells us to take the two chairs in front of his desk. Ms. Sarah is sitting to the side of us.

Before we begin. This is a very private confidential matter. Detective August you are here because of your case.

I think the guilty culprit is looking for Gabe. Detective August looks over to him. No offense but what is so important about Gabriel?

The alpha reach's into his drawer and grabs a letter out. This was left with Gabriel. It was Addressed to the alpha.  It states that the boy they are leaving behind is rare and special.

Please take especially great care of him and keep him safe.  It also states they left a second letter addressed to Gabriel.  They instructed only to give it to him if and when he finds his mate.

Ms. Sarah then speaks up.  Gabe here is the letter for you. You probably want to read that in private. Yes Ms. Sarah I would.

The Alpha looks at me. Gabe have you found your mate? Yes Alpha but I would rather not talk about it right now. Maybe later then Gabriel? Sure Alpha.

Detective August stands up.  I do not see how this has anything to do with my case. Just wait detective. Ms. Sarah then asks when did the break ins begin.
