Demi sat up from the thick pile of blankets and stared out the windows. He then looked towards the man that had just been snuggling with him. Theodore Mateo slept soundly, his left arm under his head, as his right one laid against his abs.

He sighed, pulled his knees to his chest, and ran a hand through his hair. He loved and hated the last past two days. Demi loved the way he felt but hated the man that made him feel like that. He could vividly remember Theodore calling him by his nickname as they had sex. Why did he allow him to do that? It wasn't like Demi at all.

Demi went to stand up to go to the bathroom and groaned as his lower back screamed at him. Other areas of his body also ached and he flushed red when he felt liquid drip down his thighs. It was a mixture of Demi's slick and Theodore's cum. It felt utterly disgusting.

The dragon didn't seem to care about using a condom since he knew that Demi couldn't get pregnant, so there was no point. And Demi would bury himself alive before he admitted that he liked it when Theodore came inside of him.

Ignoring the wetness between his legs, Demi limped to the bathroom. He turned the water on in the shower, feeling the need to wash off the dragon's touch. His gentle kisses, tender caresses, and his unforgiving thrust. It hurt Demi to take him in more ways than one.

Theodore was bigger than most considering what his shift was and it killed Demi emotionally. Yes, he agreed to take him instead of the drugs but he didn't know what kind of damage it would do to his mind. He hated the man for the way he had treated Demi in the past but the last past two days proved that there was a softer side to Theodore. It proved that the dragon could love someone.

And that someone wasn't Demi.

Demi sighed as he got into the shower. He washed his hair and scrubbed at his body until it was red from the rag he was using. He stayed in there a little longer to take care of his lower half. Once he was done, Demi stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist. He walked back into the bedroom to see Theodore sitting up from the blankets and looking out the window.

Just watching how calm and unbothered the man was, pissed Demi off. He can't believe he had sex with Theodore Mateo. It was amazing sex but it was a mistake. He should have taken the drugs. Demi walked past him to go towards the door. It was unlocked as he turned the knob, he pushed it open. Demi stood there his eyes glued to Theodore's golden orbs.

"What's going on?" It's the softest Demi has ever heard him speak before. He refused to let it sway his resolve in kicking Theodore out.

"I would like you to leave. Please." He pulled his eyes away from Theodore's and stared down at the ripped carpet by the door.

"Why? I thought we were good now." Good? Would Demi ever be on good terms with Theodore? Probably not.

"You used me and I used you. It doesn't change the fact that I still hate you for the way you treated me. Now leave." His words were strong, confident even. It left no room for Theodore to argue.

He shook a little as Theodore stood up and walked towards him. He was still naked, and Demi tried not to let it affect him. As he came to stand in front of Demi, he lifted his arms to trap him against the wall. The wall was cold on his bare back. He really should have put clothes on.

"Do you really want me to leave, Demi?" The dragon purred against his ear as he nuzzled the side of Demi's face with his. The light touch almost made him melt and change his mind. But he held himself back.

"Y-Yes." The stutter was unwanted and Demi tried again. "Yes, I want you to leave." He titled his head away from Theodore's wondering lips, then slipped out from under his arms.

Theodore swirled around to glare at Demi and he truly expected to be hit for his disrespect towards the man. All he wanted was to be alone now that his heat was over. He didn't want to be in the presence of this Alpha any longer.

"Okay, I understand." Theodore didn't leave right away. He went back to the blankets and gathered up his clothes, then stopped as he went to pass Demi.

"You're punishment is over by the way. You have lost your privilege of prowling the woods and any attendants to events for the foreseeable future. Unless I'm holding the event, then you must attend."

Demi kept silent the whole time and didn't offer any back talk. He had said what needed to be said when he asked Theodore to leave. He still hated the dragon with every fiber of his being.

"Understand?" It was cold, so different than the voice he used last night. It was horrible that Demi wanted that sweet sound back.

"Yes, Theodore," Demi mumbled. His eyes trained on the wall in front of him. Too scared to see what Theodore's face looked like, he only faced the door when the man had left.

He despised the tears in his eyes and the whimper that left his mouth as he stared at the door. Like he was silently begging for Theodore to come back and take Demi into his arms once again. He was the one that had told Theodore to leave, so why did it hurt so much when he actually left?

Demi wiped at his eyes and straightened his shoulders. He ignored the ache in his heart and body and started to get dressed. His punishment was over, so that meant he was allowed back out into society. That also meant he would be back to doing chores and obeying every little thing that Theodore told him.

That definitely had the hurt he felt becoming anger and hatred. It brought back the memory of the conversation he heard between Theodore and Quinn. The only reason the dragon was being nice to Demi was so he could get an heir. Now that Theodore knew the truth, what did that mean for Demi? It was a question he didn't really want to dwell on.

As Demi stepped out of his room, he went right to Theodore's office. There were a few things he needed to discuss with him. Like his rules and the cleaning of his room. Demi doesn't doubt it for a minute if Theodore told him to clean up his room on his own. He knocked on the door and got an irritated 'what?' as his reply.

"It's Demitri. Can I come in and talk to you for a minute?" He patiently waited for Theodore to permit him to enter his office.

Demi had only waited for maybe a second or two before Theodore was giving access to his personal space. He walked in, shutting the door behind him as he went to stand in the middle of the room like he was taught to. He didn't speak first, waiting for the man to acknowledge his existence.

"What did you need?" Demi knew that Theodore was mad but when isn't he? He could be pissed at Demi or something else entirely.

"I would like to talk about my rules and my room." He kept his eyes glued to the floor and his hands locked behind his back. Things he was taught to do at such a young age others would consider insane.

"I will give you another room so don't worry about that. Now, what's wrong with your rules?" But Demi didn't want another room. He liked the view that the room gave him.

"But-." He stopped himself from saying anything else. Pissing Theodore off even more by back talking him didn't seem like the best idea out there.

"Okay," Demi muttered under his breath. He was upset about the room but it was time to negotiate his rules. Hopefully, Theodore was more considerate this time around than he was when he first handed out the rules.

"I would like to get rid of the curfew rule. Even with it in place, I never actually go to bed at that time. And you picking out my outfits. We have completely different styles and I really don't think your style goes well with me. Then there's the eating-every-meal rule. Some days I feel like eating and some days I don't. Just depends on my mood and what I have done that day. Also, I don't really like vegetables which is something that we have with every meal." The whole time Demi talked, Theodore didn't speak once. He was finally done.

Demi stayed silent after that, indicating that he was done with his terms and conditions. Now all he had to do was wait for Theodore to either agree with him or not.
