Chapter 32

In the morning, rather than heading to work, Haseena sat in the office park. She was disturbed by yesterday's incident and was unable to forget Karishma's vulnerable condition. Her eyes were filled with tears, and she bent over holding her head in her hand. As the phone rang constantly, she became irritated and answered the call without looking at the caller’s name " Agar koi call answer nahi kar raha iska matlab use is waqt aapse baat nahi karni hai itni si baat samaj nahi aa rahi"

The person from the other end of the line responded, Haseena closed her eyes to calm herself and replied, "Hum office park k right mai jo chota sa pond hai wahi baithe hai."

As Haseena bowed her head down, someone placed a hand on her shoulder and said, "Aap thik hai." Haseena looked up at her while Santosh was shocked seeing her in this condition as her eyes were red and swollen, as if she had not slept, and her face was restless.

Immediately, Santosh sat beside as she asked “ Kya hua Haseena aap aise ro kyu rahi hai” and in an attempt to calm her down she side hugged her and continue “Please kuch boliye muje bohot daar lag raha hai”

Sobbing lightly, Haseena told Santosh all about Karishma and her condition, including the backstory Pushpaji had told her last night.

In shock, Santosh began to pace around while murmuring, “I can’t believe Pushpee and Karishma have gone through so much matlab humesha khush rehni wali Pushpee aapne andhar kitna dard chupake rakha hai aur toh aur Karishma, she is such strong personality matlab thodi si khadoos hai par dil ki bohot achi hai uske saath koi aisa kaise kar sakta hai”

When Haseena listened to Khadoos from her, she quickly got annoyed and said in a bit angry tone “Ek min aap unhe Khadoos kyu bol rahi hai naam hai unka aur aap unko unke naam se bulaygi samji”

Santosh widened her eyes in amazement and said “Baap ree baap aabhi rondu si shakal banai thi aur aabhi ladne par utar aayi”

Then Haseena began wiping away her tears and replied, "Aap galat baat bolengi toh thoda gussa toh aayega hi na."

Santosh bows slightly and holds her hands together before her, and says, "Ha mata ji nahi kahenge aapke khadoos ko khadoos kabhi bas."

Suddenly, Haseena's face softened and she smiled slightly, but soon she remembered about Karishma’ love and yearning for Jasmeet. Then again tears streamed through her eyes without realizing it. “Kal jab hume Karishma ko us halat mai dekha na toh samaj nahi aaya ye mohabaat kya ehsaas hai matlab aaj tak humne sirf suna hai kabhi mehsoos nahi ki hai.” she said with a tinge of sadness in her voice. “Hum samaj nahi pa rahe hai, Santosh. Koi kisi se is haad tak kaise mohabaat kar sakta hai k uske jaane k baad bhi uske liye tadap raha hai”

Santosh smiled and sat beside her and said “Love can be thrilling, but it can also be perilous. Love - a fancy four-letter word that seems to be the most beautiful feeling in the world. Although the beginning sounds beautiful and amazing, the middle and end will not necessarily be as good as the beginning. In fact, love is not just an emotion in itself; it is actually a plethora of emotions and feelings. Many people fall in love but only a few know how to stay in love. The journey of relationships and love isn't a cakewalk. As you climb each ladder in life, you have to take thousands of exams. It is very difficult for two people who have different choices and goals to sustain and hold onto love because one prioritizes love while the other prioritizes other things. You choose love sometimes; and sometimes you give it up.

Haseena was surprisingly looking at her, which was noticed by Santosh and she responded, “Personal experience se keh rahi hu….. When you're with the right person, every day of your life will seem as perfect as the way you had once dreamt your life to be. Love is all about feeling loved and secure in the presence of someone special and trusting them that they won't be the reason for you to shed tears. Pree aur muje dekh lo vo mere liye aur mere sapno k liye aapna sab kuch shod kar yaha aake reh raha hai. Janti ho uske liye kitna difficult tha sab kuch par sirf mere liye kar raha hai abhi bhi. He prioritizes me above his dreams and desires all the time. Kehta hai k mai hi uski need hu aur desire bhi.
