Ch. 14; -Escape, Survive-

".." "Mhhh I guess it was." He silently chuckles, doing random movements. "Scaramouche, stop it. You are acting like a drunk old man. Look, if you want to survive you have to listen to me." The raven lazily nods, turning his head towards the other's chest. "Just put me on the horse.. Whit.. Lafe?" He giggles, resulting in Kazuha covering his mouth with one hand.

After getting some kind of long leaf to cover up the wound, he picks up Scaramouche walking towards the mare. "Why do you always make me worry so much. It's either work, either not sleeping, either keeping your feelings in.." Scaramouche stays silent. Not wanting to answer. Feeling a couple droplets on his face. Did Kazuha start crying again?

After getting him secured, the albino slowly trots towards the next closest kingdom, and also ally of the Raiden Kingdom. Well, it wasn't exactly a Kingdom. More of a city.

After a while of running, breaks, feeding, changing the leaf on the wound they finally reached the sign-board. "Welcome to Tenrou City. Bridge and status-check up ahead." Of course, Kazuha had to wake Scaramouche up for this. He had 0 clue on how to do this.

The check went smoothly, they instantly let them in once the raven said that Kazuha was his special assistant. Apperantly the head-leader of the city, Kujou Sara, knew Ei aswell her son. So there wasn't much to worry about. Both of them fought near eachother in many wars, now they both are ruling land. Though, now they just might be ashes soon.

Once they finally got a safe room to stay in, Kazuha instantly gets the first-aid-kit and treats the wound as much as he could. Resulting in Scaramouche gripping onto him a bit too harshly because of the stinging and leaving marks on his fore-arms. How nice.

S- "Did I grip too hard?"

K- "No wonder Shikanoin." (No wonder Sherlock joke but genshin way)

S- "Excuse you I'm trying to be nice over here?"

K- "Yet you still failed."

S- "YOU made me fail stupid-fuck."

K- "You failed even worse now. And it wasn't me."

S- "FUCK OFF." [He turns around, pulling the blanket over him.]

K- "No. Because someone was too reckless to not care of their stupid.. self. And YOU made me worry." [The albino takes the blanket off the other, looking at him dead in the eye.]

S- "Go away."

K- "If I go away you will be whining 24/7 while we sleep."

S- "What's your evidence hm?"

K- "Last time when I was out till 11 pm I came back and you almost choked me with your bear-hugs and questions and while we were going to sleep you didint let go of me even for one millisecond."

S- "..."

K- "Thought so. Now sleep. Again. Or I can get a book?"

S- "Book. And also stay."

K- "Right. Sure. Dark coffee?"

S- [He nods embarrassingly, his high ego surely messing with his thoughts.]

Kazuha comes back with a cup of dark coffee and 3 different books, placing them on the nightstand. He lets Scaramouche choose which book first, afterwards crawling next to him with a small notebook and feather-pen. He notices that the raven didint start to read, instead he was just staring at him. "What?" With no words, he pulls Kazuha to his shoulder, THEN he starts to read.

"Desperate much?" The albino chuckles. He stays silent again, but this time he gives Kazuha a kiss to shut him up. This left a speechless little Kazuha, and a proud Scaramouche cuddling eachother.

After a while, the raven started his muttering again. And guess what, Kazuha listened to every single word while writing a poem about him. His features, personality, even favorite colours. It was all being written in a poem. Almost as perfect as Scaramouche.

"Guests." Sara opens the door and bows. "Dinner is almost ready. And we are prepared for war. Shall you not fear. If things go south, we shall send you to another nation. We have sent a letter to the main kingdom in Liyue. The ruler, and king there is Morax. Just like Raiden Ei. We have a boat prepared. It's a great honor to have you as our guests." She stands back up straight, and closes the door.

"She is.. aggressive." Kazuha says, slightly concerned. "Girlie saw Raiden Ei then started simping, when she told her to be more stern, she obeyed like a little puppy." Scaramouche chuckled. Kazuha simply let out a "pft", trying to contain his laughter. "Anyway, I have never been to Liyue. Only Mondstat i think. Have you been there?" The albino nods eagerly. "Yes I was! It's so pretty, I know the Captain of the boat. Well, ship. We are great friends and I traveled to Liyue with her many times!" Scaramouche replies in a nod, going back to his book.

After a bit, both of them go down for dinner. Not really, it was Kazuha carrying Scaramouche all the way down. Once they reached the dining hall, they were greeted by a couple guards. And.. a berry-haired boy? "Who the fu-"

"Hello, my name is Shikanoin Heizou. I heard you make a joke about me upstairs. Quite disrespectful to a detective don't you think?"
