Ever since the cast-list had been released, Uraraka seemed a bit off. I can't tell what it is. Every time I see her, she would shine a big smile at me. She only does that when she's sad, I don't like it when people are keeping things from me. But then again, maybe she has her own reasons why she won't tell me.

I got to say, we've gotten a lot of new people to participate in this musical. One of them is a girl who is a pretty good dancer, named Mina. She auditioned for Anastasia too but got a different role instead. She got the role as Anastasia's grandmother, but she decided to let someone else have it because she wants to be a lead dancer in an ensemble.

Since I don't have to do anything other than read the instructions and moments for the musical, I worked on my homework that I didn't get to finish in class. Like, I know that I'm a freshman in all this and this is a freshman musical, but I hope the seniors get a chance to be in the spotlight during the spring. I heard that the upperclassmen are doing a comedy play and some agent scouts are coming to find some potential actors.

Maybe Uraraka will have the chance to perform in front of a talent scout. Who knows, someone may recognize my vision for a book I want to write about. These seven teenagers in an apocalypse at a town, state that is overshadowed a lot. And they all have their own secret talents to help benefit each other during the zombie apocalypse.

It's still a work in progress though, but it's a start! Focus! I got to finish my homework before it's due.

"Hey, Deku! Mind if I join you?" I whipped my head around and saw Uraraka with the script in her hand.

"Yeah, sure. You're not bothering me at all." I replied and went back to my homework.

She took a seat beside me. "Let me guess, is it Algebra?"

I shook my head, "No, it's Geometry..."

"Need any help?"

"No, but shouldn't you be rehearsing?" I asked as I finished another question.

"Rehearsing? Nah. Right now, they're just discussing the scene for Rasputin."

One last problem and done! I shut my booklet and stared at the stage from the box. "Right, since we're doing the movie version, we have to get the steps right."

"Do you think we'll have enough money in the budget for the Rasputin and bug costumes?" She asked.

"Eh, probably not. It's most likely going into set design and we have some leftover costumes from the previous plays." I replied and yawned, "When is class going to be over with?"

Uraraka checked her watch, "Not until another thirty minutes."

"Ugh! I'm so bored!" I exclaimed as I buried my head in my arms.

"Deku, should you maybe think about trying to help out? I'm sure some of the stage crew guys could use some extra hands," she suggested, but I shook my head. "Why? They're really nice."

"Maybe to you, but not to me. Apparently, I just annoy them and they think I'm trying to ruin things."

"Like how?"

"Exactly. Whenever I want to or ask to add something to the set designs, they'd always say no. Or whenever I want to help out in costumes, still no." I lifted my head up and laid my chin on top of my arms. "It's like they think I'm just some clumsy theater kid..."

"You're not clumsy, Deku."

"Really? Just a couple days ago, I accidentally got a bruise on my arm after brushing against a shelf, you call that clumsy? I call that being accident prone."

"Midoriya!" A teacher called out my name, "Can you come by backstage and help out the stage crew, please?"

Just my luck. Here I thought I'd avoid doing nothing for the rest of the period. I pushed myself up and headed down the stairs that lead up to the box, then speed walked towards the stage. As I made it to the couple of steps, then I'm met with the stage manager, Kendo.
