Chapter 10

A few hours later

Meters away from Midway

We can see Sakura and Ironblood ships along with Mass Produced Siren Ship sailing to Midway as they need to make distance where the Aircraft Carrier Shipgirls can launch there Aircraft and for Suzumebachi to launch her bombers

But then 30 B-17 Bombers appeared from the sky, Causing The Crimson Axis Fleet to light there AA guns as the B-17's started dropping there bombs at the fleet, causing some of the Siren Ships to be destroyed and Damaged but didn't managed to damage the main fleet 

Only 12 B-17 managed to get out from the AA gun fire while the 18 tried to hit there plane at the Crimson Axis Ships, but they all missed with one almost hitting Akagi's ship but Suzumebachi managed to save her in time by concentrating all of her AA guns at the B-17, causing it to explode midair before hitting Akagi's ship, with Akagi thanking Suzumebachi

And from there they discovered that it wasn't humans that are piloting the B-17's, they were remotely controlled, meaning that Azur Lane knew that they'll head to Midway, causing Suzumebachi to launch the bombers from her flight deck to prepare her planes for the incoming battle while Akagi prepared the mirror sea 

A Few Meters away from Midway Island(On the Other side)

We can see The Azur Lane fleet heading to the Crimson Axis Fleet thanks to the information given to them by the B-17's that returned to the island

And then they immediately spotted Suzumebachi's bombers and fired there AA guns before they can reach Midway

Out of 16 Bombers, only 4 managed to escape and bombard Midway, causing only little damage

But it had given Akagi enough time to teleport the Azur Fleet and the Crimson Axis fleet to the mirror sea and from there the battle began

As the battle started, the group of Crimson Axis shipgirls that was supposed to infiltrate the Azur Lane base were distracted by a group of Azur Lane shipgirls that had the Black cube, causing them not to leave the mirror sea

As Suzumebachi saw this and knew it was a trap she tried to stop them, but then another group of Azur Lane Shipgirls appeared with Yorktown leading them and from there they started to distract Suzumebachi for minutes, with Suzumebachi struggling to launch her plans as the Azur Lane shipgirls made excellent coordinated timing attacks at her

Suzumebachi: You know I really don't enjoy being totally on the defensive *dodges another set of shells, bombs and torpedoes*

Yorktown: You are the Tactician of the Sakura Empire after all, you must be taken out to prevent our plan from failing

Suzumebachi: I see, Yorktown correct, older sister of Enterprise?

Yorktown: Correct

Suzumebachi: It's a shame a fine and beautiful lady like you isn't our side

Yorktown: Flattery won't get you anywhere

Suzumebachi: Your correct about that, so I'll play serious then

and so Suzumebachi managed to launch her planes at last, causing the group to fire there AA guns, with Suzumebachi summoning two of her puppets to attack the shipgirls that are firing there AA guns

But then a huge pillar of light appeared and consumes the whole mirror sea causing everyone to cover there eyes
