Chapter 13 Is He Gonna Make It?

Ciara's POV

So we got to the hospital and the doctors didn't tell us anything except he was in surgery. As of right now we're siting in the waiting room, trying to get a hold of Jamie.

Nevaeh-God why won't she answer?

Me-She's hurting

Nevaeh-I guess

Me-(looking at Roc) Baby are you ok?

Roc-No he's my boy I can't lose him

I climbed on his lap and he held me tight. I held him as he put his head on my shoulder.

Me-Its gonna be ok baby

Roc-I hope so

Me-It will be I promise

Roc-I don't deal with this stuff well like if something happened to you I'd lose it

Me-Oh baby

Roc-I mean it I love you

Me-I love you too

I kissed him softly, then I just let him hold me since he was having a hard time. Prince came to us and looked at us.

Prince-Is he ok? I mean Roc is freaking out so is he?

Me-He's in surgery so we don't know

Prince-Where is Jamie?

Nevaeh-She is now on her way

Me-Well im glad she's coming and that she decided to answer the phone

Roc-Baby

Me-Yes

Roc-I want to go after we see him

Me-Ok baby

Prince-This is the hardest on him being the youngest in all

Me-Its ok I understand im here for him

Roc-Thank you baby

Me-No problem

Diggy-Mom texted me she asked where are you and your boyfriend at dad is waiting

Me-Did you tell her?

Diggy-Yea

Me-And what did she say?

Diggy-Be back by nine

Me-Selfish much

The doctor came over to us and we all stood up.

Roc-Is he ok?

Me-Baby

Doctor-He's alive but we almost didn't get him here in time so right now he's resting and I believe it'll be best if you all saw him tomorrow

Nevaeh-What about Jamie?

Ray-She'll have to see him tomorrow

Nevaeh-I guess

Jamie's POV

I get to the hospital when I found everyone getting up and leaving.

Me-Where are you going?

Ciara-We have to come back tomorrow he's resting and still alive

Me-So I can't see him?

Nevaeh-No sorry

They walked past me and I just stood there with tears rolling down my face.

Doctor-Miss

Me-Yes

Doctor-Are you here for Mr.Crippin?

Me-Yes im his girlfriend

Doctor-You can go see him

Me-What room?

Doctor-233

Me-Thanks

I went into his room and found him laying there lifeless. I walked to his bed and sat next to it and cried.

Prod-Mmm Jamie?

Me-Prodigy?

Prod-Hey

Me-Hey how are you feeling?

Prod-Like I got shot

Me-I wanted to tell that im so sorry that I said that to you I was just hurt and confused I didn't know if you loved me or not

He held out his hand and looked at me. I took his hand and looked back into his eyes.

Prod-Baby im sorry I do love you and I'll never think about another girl again only you

I looked at him and cried thinking "God why did I say that to him?"

Prod-Look baby im ok and I'll be out the hospital in no time I promise then me and you can go back to our relationship

Me-Ok baby I love you

Prod-I love you too now come get in this bed

I got up, took off my shoes and got in bed next to him. He stroked my hair and kissed my head. Eventually I fell asleep.
