Ifeoluwa was right there, handing out an ice back and speaking to the guy that hurt him.

The guy that had caused a scene in his classroom and had fought with him because he had noticed his girlfriend was around Ifeoluwa a lot and had suspected something was going on.

Ifeoluwa had his own wounds to rethreat but that boy acted as if the wounds weren't even there and as if they weren't caused by the guy himself, and decided to help the guy that had started the fight between them.

I had spoken to Ifeoluwa about it before he had gotten to the sickbay. Trying to convince him that his act was wrong, but of course, he had denied my fact by saying;

"He didn't know. Sure, he could've done more investigations before coming to the conclusion that I and his girlfriend have a thing going on, but still, if I were in his shoes I'm sure I would've done the same thing. . .after my investigation."

I love my brother a lot but this was one thing I disliked about him. His ability to see positivity in everything.

I mean, this guy had caused my brother a swollen cheek, a busted lip and had even kicked him him in his thing but yet, Ifeoluwa had insisted I do nothing but follow him to hand out treatment to the guy.

I was fuming with anger, how dare that guy. How dare that girl! She caused everything and she deserved to be punished for it, but I had to respect my brother's decisions just once, so unfortunately, I let that one slide.

I stood up, unable to watch the annoying act in front of me between my brother and the guy, and stepped out of the sickbay.

I walked into SS3A few minutes after the automatic bell went off for lunch break but to my suprise, Mandel wasn't in the classroom and neither was Ifeoluwa which was strange because usually Ifeoluwa doesn't leave his classroom so early during lunch break.

"Hey, Amorette." I called, and she looked up from the book she was reading.

"Come here." I said and she sighed, dropping the book and walking towards me.

"Where's Mandel?" I asked and she shrugged. "She walked out immediately after the bell rang. I don't know where she went."

I turned around and walked out of the classroom, then, began to walk towards the cafeteria.

When, I had gotten close, I pushed the double-decker door open and sashayed in with Amorette walking in after.

I stood by the door for a moment, scanning the entire room for Ifeoluwa or Mandel with my eyes, and I spotted Ayomide's table, the table Ifeoluwa usually sits on. He wasn't there either.

I walked towards the table quickly, my stomach growling loudly, indicating I was hungry and I sighed.

Food had to wait!

I leaned into the table and rested my elbows on it. "Ayomide."

Ayomide stopped talking and turned to me with his usual grin on his face. "What's up."

"I can't find Ife. Do you know where he is?" I asked, and that moment I felt as if I was being stared at, being watched by a certain guy sitting amongst the others on the table.
