The mad scramble to finish your master's degree and help Yoongi and Hoseok pass the bar continued longer than anyone wanted. When Hoseok got back from his internship in New York, he and Yoongi made sure that everything was still working for Jin and JinHit Entertainment . You spent time ensuring that Jimin and Taehyung were still happy with what they're doing. Then worked to help Jungkook get the right media clips, so that Jimin and Taehyung could start the Instagram again. All of this became an ever rolling To Do List for you for the remainder of that year.
When Bangtan and RMBase officially launched there was no fanfare, but Namjoon began his own media tour in the form of going down to Los Angeles with Jin, Jimin and Taehyung to show off the software and what it could do. Sometimes Yoongi and Hoseok had to go down as well and when that happened you sent Jungkook with so that he could be with Jin at least a little bit.
You knew that relationship was difficult because of the location problems, and it made you want to rethink the location of the giant Victorian.
Jungkook had the bright idea after Christmas of that year to show that Jimin and Taehyung were working on a new song and showoff that they were using RMBase in the background. Something about Taehyung's vocals caught people's attention and how the harmony with Jimin was absolutely perfect.
The clip Jungkook posted to Jimin's Instagram didn't just go viral it made the world go insane. Calls began pouring into the lonely cell phone you had programmed with a Bangtan corporate number never really expecting it to ring except for Mr. Blayzac. Now questions about ordering began to pour in and you and Jungkook quickly launched a website to showcase the product. Then very quickly after that bought a much bigger server because of the amount of traffic the website got.
At the same time Namjoon and Yoongi were still doing a tour of Los Angeles studios talking to artists with Jin. Then spent more time talking about JinHit Entertainment and what it meant to be part of the Bangtan corporation if your artists could use RMBase. On the frequent calls back to you, Yoongi let you know that Namjoon was a born salesman for everything except himself.
"Livie, he's doing amazing. I don't know where he's getting the energy to keep going and I worry about him because after he finishes talking to someone and selling the idea of Bangtan or them joining with JinHit he goes into his hotel room orders room service and I don't see him again. I don't think that's a good sign," said Yoongi.
You too were worried about Namjoon, and you thought there was enough of your relationship with your Oppa that you could reach him. Could figure out what he was doing and why the two of you had moved from an open wonderful loving relationship into barely speaking to each other except about business. None of this really made sense to you and you were very confused by what had happened, but you had never been without Namjoon in your life. You didn't know how to talk to him because you always had been able to talk. To say that you were struggling without the pillar holding up your sky was putting it very mildly.
The following summer when you turned 24, Hoseok and Yoongi both passed the California bar, and you threw a party at the apartment to celebrate. It was a slightly awkward party because Namjoon brought Emily as his plus one for the very first time and she made it very obvious to you especially, that she was there in a romantic capacity. It was something that you had tried to keep quiet from Jin, Jimin, Taehyung and Hoseok.
However, you absolutely had not been expecting that all six of your brothers would smile politely at Namjoon and Emily, excuse themselves, and drag you into Taehyung and Jimin's apartment on the first floor.
Jungkook was your daily partner in crime, and he knew exactly why you hadn't told your brothers what was going on. He sat next to you on the couch and was willing to take the very intense amount of concern and some anger from your brothers, before Yoongi stepped in to take some of the heat off you.
"Look this is not her decision. If it was her decision, would she fucking look like that now?"
Yoongi's voice was at his lowest growl which you knew meant he was also very close to furious. You held your hands in your lap away from your brothers who wanted to coddle you some more. Then you looked at them each in turn before you decided to say something.
"This is really his choice. We're not kids anymore and if this is what he wants then this is what he wants. I have always said that I would support any decisions you made about your lives," you said slowly but Jimin shook his head in interrupted.
"Noona, this isn't a smart choice and it's not what he wants. We all know that."
Immediately there was chaos as your brothers tried to talk over each other and you sat still and waited for them to calm down before you tried again.
"I personally don't think it's a smart choice Jiminie, but I don't know what he wants anymore because he doesn't talk to me," you said slowly. This time your voice cracked a little as you spoke. "I don't know what happened. One day, everything was fine. We were all really busy, maybe I was too busy," you said with a question in your tone and your brothers immediately chastised you for thinking that way.
"I don't know anything anymore. I just know that she is here, and we need to support his choices."
There was absolute silence in the room when you said that, but Jin crouched down from where he was standing over top of you. He put one hand on Jungkook's knee and JK immediately wrapped his hand around Jin's. Jin's other hand came to rest on the hands you held in your lap forcing you to look at him before he spoke.
"Little sister, if this is your decision, we will support you too. But if this is not what you want most, you must tell us so that we can help you."
You swallowed hard in an attempt to hold back the tears and made an effort to look at all of your brothers before you spoke again.
"For right now this is acceptable. Maybe it won't be soon. Sometimes it's a little awkward already but I think you all knew that. I'm not going to endanger the business. I am not going to endanger your livelihoods. I am not going to endanger our family by throwing a temper tantrum and telling Namjoon who he can and cannot date," you said with a little authority in your voice.
Only to hear all three of the magnae mutter "I will" which made Jin snort a little bit in laughter before he looked back at you.
"The instant you say you hate this Olivia, we're done, and we will kick his ass. You just have to let us know."
You looked over your shoulder to where Yoongi was leaning against Hoseok. Yoongi stepped around and sat next to you on the other side of the couch. He took your hand in his and he squeezed it once.
"I will kick his ass anyway. We both know he's about to be really stupid for no reason," he grumbled, and you smiled a little bit.
Hoseok leaned over and crouched on the floor at Yoongi's feet. Jimin and Taehyung following so that now everyone was crowded around you.
"Do you want us to talk to him Livie," asked Hoseok gently and you shook your head no.
"I really don't want to do anything that's going to upset the business right now we're about to boom," you said, and the smallest hint of desperation came into your voice.
Jungkook caught it and he squeezed your hand and frowned ferociously at his Hyungs.
"Leave her alone, she said no."
The youngest rarely held such a strong opinion against his big brothers but none of them said anything when he growled at them.
In time everyone had trickled back out to the main room and the party had restarted but it was still subdued. And to be honest you weren't sure, even now, that Namjoon had paid that much attention.
