There was a quick flight to Glasgow and another transfer to an even smaller plane before you landed in Inverness.

It was early April, and it was still very cold this far north. You had previously met Jin's friend Geoff from previous meetings with Jin's European counterparts at JinHit. Geoff was happy to escort you from the airport to the small luxury hotel in Inverness that your brothers had booked tonight before promising to head back in the morning.

You spent the night deeply impressed by the city and the charming decadence of the hotel. In the morning, you passed a lovely breakfast at the small restaurant inside the hotel proper. After that, you were content to pack and wait for Geoff in front of the massive fireplace int he lobby. Once he arrived, the two of you began the journey eastward towards the village of Nairn that you had chosen for our stay. You and Geoff talked abit about how you had chosen Nairn and why you had wanted to stay in the cottage instead of in the B&B.

You had to laugh and explain that you had originally wanted to stay in an actual bothy, but you had quite easily been talked out of it when you found they normally didn't come with toilets.

"I can deal with no electric, and there's fireplaces and blankets for heat, but no running water is a bit much even for me," you said to Geoff's chuckles.

"Very few people would willingly stay in such a place these days," he said and a few more miles passed before he spoke again. "But this cottage you've rented, it's pretty close from what Seokjin passed to me," he asked, and you agreed.

"I always wanted to come and stay in the Highlands. I love the idea of castles but they're all a bit..." You trailed off trying to find the right words and made Geoff chuckle again.

"Touristy," he asked, and you shook your head.

"Englishy," you offered and caused him to laugh outright.

"Well, who do you think half the tourists are Miss? American's who've only ever seen Scotland through the eyes of the BBC, and people coming North because they saw it on the telly. But you don't want an English castle," he asked and you shook your head again.

"I want the stone and the fire. I want to hear the sea, and the wind. But mostly I think I want some time to really think and be myself for a bit," you said quietly.

You were surprised when Geoff nodded.

"Jin said you'd had a rough time of it lately, and certainly everything has been operating just fine for Bangtan, but we all saw the news ourselves Miss. We're all glad you've pulled through this," he said, and you offered your thanks.

You weren't sure you'd pulled through this just yet, but it was good that outwardly, people thought you had.

Once you arrived in the village there was a bit of a transfer since you had elected to stay not in the B&B itself but in one of the cottages owned by the B&B up the coast. Geoff was once again able to put you and the proprietress of the B&B into his Land Rover and make his way up the trails until he found the cottage with you.

Once there the three of you sorted the luggage and the few groceries. The proprietress, Donna, made sure you knew how to light the Aga stove in the kitchen and Geoff was kind enough to show you how to use the peat blocks in the fireplace.

"You sure you're all right now," he asked before he left, which made you smile again at his kindness.

"I have one of the best satellite phones available on the market. I can call you or Donna down in Nairn. Or I could place a call to Jin in Los Angeles or wherever he happens to be at the moment. I'm more than taken care of for now," you reassured him and with that they left you in the cottage.
