Even now, months and months separated from those emotions, they overwhelmed you and you buried your face in the Ryan bear to let loose the tears.

The psychologist had told you this would happen as you went through this process that it was necessary to continue to release the emotion in small bursts.

Go through things in small bits, so that you can see that not only did you handle them, you can show yourself that you remained in control, was what she had told you and now as you went through the memory again for truly the first time you realized there might be some validity to what she was trying to get you to accomplish. It was a little bit like lancing a wound. Gross, uncomfortable, absolutely necessary and it actually helped. However, you didn't look forward to the idea that you'd need to do this again anytime soon.

You glanced down at your phone next to you and saw that Yoongi had arrived in Venice. he sent you a text that was just a picture of his hands, holding an unmarked cardboard box, waiting for the water taxi from the airport to San Marco Plaza.

You sent him back a purple heart emoji, and then resent the address to the Palazzo to make sure he knew where he was going. It would still be another few hours before he made it from the water taxi all the way to the palazzo.

The emotion hadn't drained away entirely yet but the tears had stopped, and you felt a little better. Maybe there was something to this purging process after all.

But after such a horrible memory you needed the sweet to take away the sour and you opened your phone again only to see that Namjoon had already messaged you.

Oppa:

This meeting is never going to fucking end Livie. How am I supposed to tuck you in for your afternoon nap If the meeting won't end?

It made you smile to read his text as it often did these days and you thought about your reply before you responded.

Livie:

I am pretty sure it is my turn to tuck you in Oppa. Maybe we should practice that later.

The three dots appeared letting you know that he had seen, and he was replying, and it made you roll your eyes at the idea that he had taken out his phone in the middle of negotiations of a contract to talk to you.

Oppa:

I don't think either of us gets to practice anything until Yoongi-Hyung gets back on that airplane Liv

His response reminded you of discussions yet to come this afternoon and you felt a blush come unbidden to your cheeks at the idea of it. And then a deeper blush, with a heavy sigh at the idea that Yoongi was nearly here, and he'd probably opened the box.

You were never going to live this down.

You immediately got two more texts one from Hoseok and one from Jungkook both variations of get off the phone.

Kookie:

Noona! he is staring at his phone and smiling make him stop

Hoseok was a little bit more to the point

Hoba:

Stop fucking flirting while we're in this meeting or we'll never get out of it and then you'll both be pissed off.

You sent a quick text back to Namjoon

Livie:

Pay attention you're going to get us all in trouble️❤️

And then you set down your phone

You gave yourself an internal evaluation and thought maybe you could continue with your retrospective

After all there was only a little bit more.
