"Noona, do you need any help with anything," came Jimin's voice and you turned from your spot on the patio. You were overlooking the large crowd of guests as they mingled across the back yard of the house you shared with Namjoon.

You gazed across the yard at the groundskeepers who were tearing down the chairs that had been set up for the ceremony and were now helping to make sure the large tent and its multiple strands of lights were going to be working. You watched as Jin and Jungkook were teasing each other in a darker corner of the patio next to the living room door before Jin caught you watching.

He raised his glass in toast, the promise ring that JK had given him, glinting in the faint light and you saw them head inside. You were happy with the idea that you'd be doing this again in six months or so for your brothers.

You found Tae walking up the stairs towards his soulmate and you smiled for them both as they stepped closer.

"I think everything is going very smoothly Jimin-ie," you said as you hugged him, then turned to smile for Tae. "What have you found on your scouting excursion," you teased, and his boxy grin shone in the lights above your heard.

"Noona, I like the studio in the trees that NamJoonie-hyung built back there. I think there's going to be some amazing music made here," he said as he stepped back from your hug and took Jimin's arm in his. "There's already been great music made here," he said and grinned towards your pond.

You leaned around Jimin and Tae to see the happy couple sitting on your bench. All of you watched as Yoongi leaned over to whisper something in Hoseok's ear. Hobi's embarrassed blush was visible all the way back to the house, but he eagerly took Yoongi's hand and the two of them disappeared towards the small gazebo at the edge of your property.

You felt arms come around your waist, and you leaned back into Namjoon's embrace.

"Can they do that at their own wedding," he asked and caused you to giggle a little.

Jimin however frowned at both of you.

"Don't get any ideas Noona," chided Jimin and made the three of you laugh. You chatted until someone else caught Tae's attention and he and Jimin took their leave of you. You stood on the little patio next to the kitchen and watched the people mingle as the band in the tent began to warm up. You saw the photographer running around trying to snap photos and leaned back to tilt your head up to look at Joon.

"Oppa, we should give them like ten minutes and then chase them out of the gazebo, or that poor woman is going to be frantic trying to get all of her shots in yet tonight," you whispered. You felt Namjoon's chest move as he laughed, then he bent to press a kiss against your forehead.

"Maybe fifteen minutes," he said and the two of you leaned back against the railing and watched the frantic activity on the lawn a bit longer.

The last year had been a crazy mix of highs and lows, and even the lowest of the lows was better than what had happened before. Both yours and Namjoon's birthdays had passed quietly. Your brother's first glimpse of your ring had brought hugs, but no shock and Yoongi eventually admitted that Namjoon had dragged them all with him to go shopping before they'd left California for Ilsan.

The DNA test that Hoseok had insisted you take had proved as fruitful as he could have wished. Not only was Dr. Scott not your biological mother, but Emily Benedict was most definitely not a biological relative at all. However, to your shock, you had been related to Mr. Scott after all. You had waited a bit after your brothers had informed you to feel some kind of sadness or emotion at all at the news, but nothing had happened. Eventually you talked to Namjoon about it, and he had shaken his head at you.
