Chapter 12: "Hey I. Am. A ready. To. Partaaay!! Yeah!!"
Today was girl's night which also happened to be the same day of me-liking-Ethan-for-a-day-adversary. Liking Ethan has been driving me crazy and it's only been a day. I don't like liking Ethan in fact I hate it. It's not a pleasant feeling.
People say it's like a free spring full of flowers and rainbows but it's not. The nerves, the fear of rejection or him finding out before you can tell him and/or making things awkward. There's a bunch of things to think about. I don't like this feeling, I don't like it at all.
"Mom where are the Cheetos?!" I said screaming so she could hear me from the office where she currently was.
"In the cupboard honey!" she yelled back.
"Are they the skinny ones or the puffy ones?"
She didn't answer and I knew that she meant Why don't you open the cupboard door and find out?!
I looked inside and I was thankful to see the skinny 'original' ones rather then the puffy ones because believe it or not but Tracie was terrified of them.
I shivered as I recalled the memory of young Tracie eating what looked like a Cheetos but definitely wasn't.
Soon the doorbell rang and I instantly knew that it was Kelly at the door because she's the only one who would dare to come twenty minutes earlier than the actually time given.
"Hey Kelly." I said opening the door.
"Hey I. Am. A ready. To. Partaaay!! Yeah!!"
I laughed. A few minutes later when Tracie arrived we officially started the sleepover. We had a list of things that we always did during our sleepover.
Prank calling (of course it's a classic)
Doing makeovers blind folded
Dancing around and making stupid and completely useless videos
Making Sumo Wrestler ice cream
Watching boyfriend and boyfriend does my makeup tags on YouTube (while eating)
Reading FML's on fmylife.com
Watching a cheesy chick flick
Talking about our feelings and stuff while supposedly 'sleeping'
So we had a whole night ahead of us.
Prank calling
"Hai?" Kelly said with a thick Asian accent.
"Hello." The other guy on the phone asked.
"Why you call here? Why? Why?"
"Um-but you called me-"
"You call me liar huh? Huh?"
"No but I'm serious-"
"Okay you wanna kiss, kiss, kiss because if you want a one you just say so." Kelly continued with her thick Asian accent. She was so good at it because when she got mad at her mom she would imitate it in her room secretly.
"Okay ma'am-"
"What about the chiken bawls?"
"What?"
And she hung. Tracie and I both burst out laughing. It was funny how Kelly was such a shy girl but when it came to pranks over the phone she was the master.
"You know Kelly if you showed your wild side to all the guys, even the seniors." I emphasized "They would be coming to the yard faster then you could say 'chiken bawls?'" I said before laughing. She blushed before laughing along with us.
