Chapter Fifteen

Third Person

It was the next day and lunch had just started.

Annie just had a class with Jules so the two girls were walking out together and sat on a table in the cafeteria, Gabriel recently allowed this to happen, however Adrien had a photoshoot so it was just the two of them.

And god knows where Alya and Marinette were.

"Annie?" Jules started.

"Hm?" Annie replied busy looking at something on her phone.

"I was wondering if you could ask Adrien if he could come over after school to help me with the math homework since he's the only of any of you that's in my class" She finished.

Annie stopped what she was doing and slowly looked up at her.

Yeah as if.

"Why can't you?" She asked the brunette opposite her.

"Well I don't have any other classes with him today and since he's got that photoshoot, I won't see him" Jules explained.

"Right. I mean I would but Gabriel never lets the two of us really go to other peoples houses, even for homework" Annie told her.

"The two of you?" Jules's curiosity peaked.

"Oh right you don't know, I live with Adrien"

"You- what?" Jules stammered.

"I live with him" She repeated.

"Since when?" Her tone got a bit more chiding tone.

"Since I was seven, it's a long story, I'll save it for another time" Anastasia told her.

Jules was now glaring at the blonde, "I gotta go" She stood up and left without warning.

Uh, that was weird, Annie thought to herself.

It was now the end of the day and Adrien had a fencing lesson so he stayed behind, I decided to stay and wait for him as well. I didn't want to get bored and home alone so why don't I get bored staying an extra hour at school.

I was sat on the bench in the locker room reading a book when Adrien had just come out of the changing room in his fencing uniform, which I wasn't going to lie he looked quite good in, but then again, anything that boy wore he managed to look good in.

"Oh I didn't tell you, earlier Jules was asking if I could ask you if you could go over to her house today to help her with the math homework" I said closing the book.

"Oh really? What did you tell her" Adrien asked while putting things in his locker.

"How your dad most definitely wouldn't allow that, then she got all weird and left after I told her I live with you, it was actually really strange" I told him.

"Well that is the truth, but yeah that is weird, maybe I have a new fan" He joked.

"Please, as if your ego could get any bigger Adrien" I giggled.

Adrien gasped dramatically, "you hurt me Anastasia Emerys"

"Wow, pulling the full name card" I said.

We tried to keep straight faces but both burst into laughter.

I really do love this boy.

We carried on talking, getting the time we can before he has to start his lesson.

I turned to sit sideways on the bench to lean on the bar when I saw a glimpse of brown hair from behind the bathroom door, I couldn't tell if I was seeing things or not so I decided to check it out.

"I'll be right back" I told Adrien gesturing to the bathroom and he simply nodded.

I walked in and looked around, no one was in here, I was seeing things then.

Jules

I decided to stay after school to look for Adrien and ask him about the whole homework thing, I had the feeling Annie was bullshitting.

I saw the pair of them still in school, walking up the stairs, why the hell were they still here?

While the two of them were talking to some man that looked like some kind of teacher or something I slipped past them and into the locker room and hid behind a wall without either of them noticing.

The whole time they were talking, I was waiting for a moment for Annie to leave so I could speak to Adrien. Although, while I was waiting I noticed the way he looked at her. Why was he looking at her like that?

I noticed Annie turning so I quickly ran into the girls bathroom and into a stall hoping I wasn't spotted.

I heard her walk in and soon walk back out, shit so she did see something.

I vaguely heard them talking something about Adrien needing to go to start fencing now. So that's why they were here.

I walked out and saw that none of them were there, I decided not to wait around and head home, I can ask another time.
