Chapter Twenty-Two

Third Person

Anastasia woke up due to an akuma alert on her phone.

"Oh for fuck sake" She groaned, about to transform forgetting the boy that was laid right next to her, she let out a slight shriek.

"God, what time is it?" Adrien groaned.

"Ermmm, not sure but there is an akumatised villain around so..uh" Anastasia couldn't think of a good excuse to get Adrien out of her room.

Those words did cause for Adrien's eyes to widen though, "Oh! I should er get to my room then just for safety you know" He panicked.

"Right! That would be a good idea" Annie replied.

Great the first time in ages the two have a moment it's ruined, she thought to herself.

As soon as Adrien left her room, Anastasia transformed and jumped out of her balcony and went to find the action.

The Paris's heroes had been fighting the villain for a bit now, she was tough, her name was Paradoxurum.

"Louve Blanc, behind you!" Ladybug shouted at her while Chat was trying to stop the villain from getting to the girl.

She turned around just be hit with her power. The heroine was launched backwards hitting into a wall, hard.

"Louve!" Chat Noir shouted and ran to her while Paradoxurum started going after Ladybug.

"No broken bones?" He slightly laughed knowing with their suits no real damage could be done.

"Funny" Louve said while stroking her head.

"You gonna be okay?" He asked, this time with actual worry.

"No, I hurt" She pouted.

"Come on now" Chat grabbed her hand to lift her up and patted her head gently.

Some time passed and they finally defeated the villain. This was probably the hardest one they have encountered since doing this.

"Does your head feel better now?" Chat asked Louve.

"Yes it does, thank you" She replied.

"Good, till next time then" He said.

Surprisingly, Chat Noir barely flirted with her once all day. Not that Louve minded, sometimes it did get really annoying.

The whole way back home Chat couldn't figure out why he was acting with Louve like that. He didn't talk to all her all that much let alone flirt with her and he just didn't know why. He was supposed to love her wasn't he? Chat wasn't sure what he felt anymore, and all because of a certain brown-eyed blonde.

Louve jumped back into her room through her balcony, detransforming.

Anastasia glanced over at the time which read 12:36pm.

She and the group had plans today to go to the ice rink today.

She got dressed into black tights, a white woolly skirt, a black, cropped tank top and a sort of long white cardigan that reached her thighs.

Anastasia went downstairs and sat down at the dining table and grabbed two sandwiches for lunch, well breakfast since Hawkmoth had other plans for her in the morning.

Adrien came in wearing cream cargos and a short sleeved white t-shirt with writing on it.

"Hungry?" He looked at her while she was scoffing down the sandwiches.

Anastasia immediately stopped and put it down, "Uh- yeah, didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, due to all the..chaos."

"Me too, mind if I have the other one?" Adrien pointed at the other sandwich on the plate.

"Yeah course, I was-finished anyway" She smiled.

After they ate they got into the car and picked up Marinette, Alya and Nino.

Not one moment had gone by where Adrien didn't think of last night, it was replaying in his head on a loop, especially the part right before he fell asleep because little did Anastasia know, Adrien was awake for a full hour after she had kissed him.

They soon arrived at the ice rink and headed down to get their skates on. Anastasia had been ice skating a few times so she knew but the basics but definitely not much.

The five of them went onto the ice, Alya and Nino grabbed a hold of each other as soon as they started slipping and kept falling down. It was cute actually, Anastasia knew Alya had a crush on him and she was planning on telling him soon.

Anastasia was helping Marinette to skate since she had never done it before.

"Just stand up straight and balance, that's what it's all about, then just move your feet like this" And Anastasia showed her what to do.

"Okay..I'm trusting you Annie" Marinette said while holding Anastasia's hand and trying to ice skate.

"Baaad idea" Anastasia giggled as did Marinette as she started to skate.

"See you're doing it!" Anastasia exclaimed.

CRASH

And the both girls were suddenly on the floor with Mari on top of Annie's back.

"Let's maybe-keep trying" Anastasia laughed.

Adrien was watching the whole scene in awe.

"Well at least she's trying to help her" Alya appeared next to him.

Adrien laughed at the statement.

"I like how caring she is" She added.

"She's always been like that, well to people she's friends with anyway, anyone else, definitely not. She normally hates people, it's good to see how close she's become with all of you" He said.

Alya smiled at him.

Nino then came over holding five drinks in a cup holder so Adrien called Marinette and Anastasia over.

Marinette actually managed to get the hang of skating, still tripping here and there but she was really getting it.

The group sat down with the drinks talking and laughing.

Just before leaving Marinette hugged Annie, "Thank you for today, it was fun and you taught me how to ice skate"

"Of course, with seeing how you skated before, how could I not" She started laughing.

Just within those few hours, the two girls became much closer.
