Chapter 3: How did she even notice?/Texting the other

The next day, Mafuyu went to school and had her classes, she then went to rooftop to hear a beautiful humming of a girl, it was beautifully sung.

Mafuyu tried to be quiet with the door closing, but god betrays her and does quite the opposite, Yoisaki then looks behind her, to see Mafuyu. She was happy to see Mafuyu again, it wad the same for Mafuyu to Yoisaki. As Mafuyu sat beside Yoisaki, she noticed that Yoisaki seemed to have a question in mind.

"Yoisaki, do you have a question to ask me?" Mafuyu asked, Yoisaki did have a question and Mafuyu knew it. Mafuyu who was left with responds yet, wondered what question did Yoisaki would ask, those thoughts were cut by Yoisaki

"Asahina, are you okay?" Yoisaki asked, Mafuyu was confused with what Yoisaki asked, she seemed to noticed the confusion and decided to tell her why she had ask that question out of the blue. " A month ago, when I brought you back home and left, I decided to look behind me, only to see you with an emotionless expression. So, are you okay?" Mafuyu didn't know what to respond with, she only had a question in mind, how did she even notice the emotionless expression.

Mafuyu looked unsure on what to reply with, Yoisaki seemed to have noticed this "Hey, if you're not ready to tell anyone yet, then you don't have to say anything." She said reassuring her. Mafuyu was glad that Yoisaki didn't pressure her like her own mother. But she had 2 questions to ask Yoisaki.

"Yoisaki, how did you notice that?" Yoisaki was a bit confused on what Mafuyu was talking about, but then remembered the conversation they just had, "I can read people's expressions well, I guess.." "Okay, I have one more question, may I call you by your first name?" well that wasn't the question Kanade was expecting, well to Kanade it was fine for people to call her by her first name. "It's okay for you to call me by my first name, but can I also call you by your first name?" "Of course, Kanade"

After school, they decide to visit a restaurant out of boredom, they order their food and drinks, and started eating. Mafuyu told her mother through text that she would be home a bit later than usual, anywho fuck the mom. After they finished eating, they go to a nearby park, they talked quietly as they waiting for Ena who said that classes were almost done.

It was very dark as they waited, but what they didn't know is that Ena had her classes delayed a bit, but yet they waited still, Kanade started humming a beautiful song and Mafuyu sat beside her with her eyes closed, listening to the beautifully hummed song. They just sat, til a very loud rintone started ringing from Mafuyu's phone, it was her mom telling her that she should be home and that it was almost 12. 

Mafuyu was sad that she had to leave early and was also sad by the fact that she couldn't see Ena, she waved a goodbye to Kanade and while going she texted Ena that she had to leave cause of her mom. She also to text Kanade on nightcord, later that night.

Later when she got home, she immediately went to her room, logged on into nightcord and texted Kanade.

Hi Kanade 

No reply, Mafuyu waited for a bit. It was 12:17, still no reply, Mafuyu thought she was sleeping and almost went to sleep til she got a notification on nightcord, it read

K today at 12:17Hi Mafuyu

she opened nightcord again to reply to Kanade

Sure, I have nothing else to do
Yuki Today at 12:19
Okay, I gonna sleep now, have a goodnight

Mafuyu finally went to sleep, meanwhile Kanade couldn't sleep because of well that's a secret, after maybe 50 minutes she finally went to sleep.

I was suppose to publish this earlier but I kept procrastinating on doing this so it's kinda late
