the whole day went by pretty fast, a lot of people gave me attention. which I don't really like, but some people were really nice. congratulating me on my relationship with Jaxon.  once the final bell rings I walk downstairs with jasmine to meet Jaxon. we text throughout the day, but I wish we had more classes together. we only have science together, and we manage to eat lunch together. Jaxon stands by my car holding a bouquet of flowers. i look at jasmine confused on where the hell he got those.

"Damn, he never did these things for me," jasmine rolls her eyes.

I'm not sure if she was just joking but I ignore it, giving her a light laugh. I walk up to Jaxon with a huge smile on my face. i realize how much time we spend together but a few periods without each other was pretty much torture for me. Hes all I thought about today. I grab the flowers from him and I take sniff of them. they're pink roses. he pulls me into him and gives my lips a kiss, "hi baby. how was your day?"

"My day was good, its better now." I smile returning his kiss. he lets the kiss linger before pulling away. he always has the best hand placements; it makes me go feral. he runs his hands up my sides and just under my boobs, "that's great my love, are you ready to leave?"

i nod my head going over to the passenger side, he follows behind me and shoves me out of the way as i go to open my door. he smiles gesturing his hand for me to get in. that push was a bit aggressive.

"You know not to open doors around me Alyssa, don't act all surprised." he kisses my head before closing the door for me. i watch him walk around to the driver's side as kb climbs into the back.

"you guys were going to leave me," Kb furrows his eyebrow. I laugh lightly shaking my head.

"of course not kb, shush."

he rolls his eyes playfully. Jaxon starts the car and looks back at him, "stop your whining bro."

"I believe Alyssa wouldn't leave me, but I don't trust Jaxon. He's evil." kb says in a monotone voice. I laugh rolling my eyes, "no he isn't, stop it. my baby is the sweetest." I reply reaching over and touching his cheek. Jaxon hums tilting his head closer to my touch. Hes so tough and manly, but whenever I touch him, he just melts in my hands and it's the cutest thing ever.

once we get to the police station, the desk lady brings us to the back to file out a report. as I'm doing that, writing everything down that I remember, Jaxon talks to the male officer.

"Yeah no, we don't need your lawyers. I have one for us."

the officer nods his head glancing over to me, "as soon as she's done, we can process everything. you said you had video evidence? we'll need to see it." 

Jaxon nods looking back to me, "you okay here baby?"

I look up nodding my head. he gives me a reassuring smile and leaves out the room with the officer. after a few moments another officer comes in right after and he sits down in front of me, "you do know nothing is going to hold in court, right? he didn't actually rape you."

I stare at the man, i don't know what to say or how to reply. that's a bold statement Hes trying to make.

"I was still sexually assaulted, and I want justice."

"Good luck with that," he chuckles standing up from his seat and begins to walk away, "if you just did your job as a woman, you'd..."

"she'd what?" Jaxon stands in the doorway holding his keys. the officer laughs walking past him and turns to look at him.

"Nothing. good luck." the officer laughs again going into the back. Jaxon closes the door and rolls his eyes. i think he heard everything; he seems pissed. he sits next to me, and he pulls my hand into both of his, "after we're done here, we're going to go see a movie. do you want to see Black Adam or black panther 2?"

"Oh man, those are both hard choices..." I think for a minute, "my brothers want to see black panther so we should see black Adam tonight."

"Okay princess."

after sitting in comfortable silence for the next few minutes the first officer comes back, "okay, everything's processed. wait for us to give you guys a call. if you need anything you have my phone number.

Jaxon stands up, "what's your title sir?"

"I'm sergeant Todd." the officer nods his head.

Jaxon pats his shoulder, "i want to speak to the captain about the poor actions of officer Richards, badge number 157. he made insensitive comments to my girlfriend about her case, which were very inappropriate."

the sergeant seems to be very frustrated, like this has happened before. he sighs grabbing a pen and some paper, writing down the name of the captain and his number with the extension, "he'll be in 6am tomorrow if you want to give him a call."

Jaxon takes the paper and pockets it. "Thank you." Jaxon grabs my hand and leads me out. he pulls me closer to him and kisses my head, "he didn't bother you too much, did he?"

I shake my head, "no, but I'm glad you did something about it. he could've said that to the wrong person."

some cops really have the nerve. this wasn't even his case, he was just eavesdropping and not minding his own business. Jaxon leads me through the police station, and we get back to the car. I look at kb in the back on his phone, "hey, how did it go?"

Jaxon gets in and starts the car, "good. they're going to give us a call as soon as they can. though one officer made inappropriate comments to A."

"What? what'd he say?" kb asks sitting up.

"He just said that my case won't hold up, and that if I did my job as a woman; I don't know I guess I wouldn't be in this situation. Jaxon didn't let him finish his sentence." I shrug.

"What the fuck." he mumbles. Jaxon drives silently to the movie theater. when my family i go to the theater we usually go to the dollar store and get out snacks and drinks. once we get inside and stand in line I tug on Jaxon's arm, "baby we should've stopped to get snacks form the dollar store."

"it's fine baby, get what you want." he smiles looking back up at the menu.

as we step up to the counter the lady gives us a smile, "hi, what can I get you guys?"

Jaxon looks at me. i lean forward saying, "hi, I'll have a small sprite, those chocolate covered cookie dough bites and we're going to share a bucket of popcorn. can you put butter and salt in the middle too?"

she nods looking over to Jaxon for what he wants, "hello, I'll have the chicken nachos, and a large blue raspberry Icee," Jaxon looks over to kb, "what do you want dude?"

kb leans on the counter giving the girl a seductive smile, "hello beautiful-"

she cuts him off, "yeah, what can I get you?"

Jaxon snickers pulling me closer to him. kb laughs giving her a look, "I'll also do chicken nachos, and a large dr. pepper."

she rings us up, including our tickets, and the total comes up to 87$. I look at Jaxon and I automatically feel bad. i pull out my phone and I go to our messages sending him 30 bucks. his phone is in his pocket, so he doesn't notice it. he hands the girl his debit card and leans on the counter looking down at me, "you excited princess?"

I smile nodding my head, "I'm so excited. I love Dwayne Johnson."

once our things are done, we make our way to the theater we were assigned. Jaxon gives me the aisle seat. I always try to get the aisle seat because I hate having to sit by random people. while the ads are playing Jaxon pulls his phone out and he slowly turns to look at me, "I'm sending the money back."

"No Jax, its fine. keep it please."

he shakes his head glaring at me, "no Alyssa. now hush."

he turns to kb and nudges him, "send me 10 dollars bitch boy."

kb gasps putting his hand to his chest, "after I let you buy my nachos, you call me a bitch boy?!"

I laugh hysterically. i absolutely love their friendship. I'm not sure if they've been friends before Jaxon got to our school but they sure act like they've been friends since pre-school. they act like brothers. if you see Jaxon, you know kb is nearby.
