Chapter 22: Exposure of the Truth

The next match was coming up. It was Hinata against her 'brother'. She seemed different than before. She seemed determined, and scary.

"What's with her?" Kaminari asked.

"I'm starting to think this is a personal grudge." Sero said.

Meanwhile Shinji was planning something himself. He secretly dug up some dirt on Hinata, and he was gonna expose her for being a fraud, but not before beating the shit out of her first.

The two of them went out into the ring. Shinji looked at her and smirked.

"You think I'm fucking stupid?" he asked her.

Hinata was confused.

"What?"

"I know you're a fraud."

"Alright! FIGHT!" Midnight shouted.

Hinata began by conjuring up an illusion of a fire breathing reptile. It started to lunge at Shinji. However Shinji only smirked. With a sharp slice, he cut the illusion in half, and it was revealed to be a faux villain that was cloaked with her illusion.

"Do you really think I'm that gullible Hinata?" Shinji asked.

Hinata was shocked by this. He knew her illusions were fake.

"That's right, I know you're not a sorceress, I know you're not from another dimension," he stated, "And I know all about your little scheme to expose me. But its not gonna work."

He then lunged at Hinata and pinned her to the ground.

"You think your fake little magic tricks are gonna make you a hero? Well think again, weakling!" he said, with a hint of malice in his voice, "Now the world gets to see you for the fake fraud you really are!"

He then lunged on top of her and started beating her to a pulp. Or..... so he thought. This was yet again another illusion that Hinata conjured up. As he continued beating her the screen started showing videos of Shinji and his parents.

"Before this match continues, we have some things we have to say about Shinji and his family," Nezu said over the intercom

Shinji looked up to the screen in shock, slowly turning to horror.

The video started and it showed Shinji's parents praising Shinji with the quirk he got. He had a fusion of both his parents' quirks. In the background of the video, it showed a little girl who is most likely Shinji's sister with ragged clothes and dirt all over her. People looked and were shocked by the sight of this!

"Here's the problem with your own plan on exposing me. I know who I am, and everyone was gonna know about it anyway. But YOU! YOU and those DIP SHITS you call parents are the REAL frauds! And THEY all know it! I still have the scars YOU made while our 'PARENTS' just watched!" Hinata shouted.

The video even showed parts where Shinji would beat up his own sister on a regular basis, much to their shock and horror. And then....

'You killed him!' Midnight said on screen.

'I did,' Gold Samurai said, 'I ran the sword through him myself as he tried to save those civillians. But it won't matter anyway. No one will believe anything you say.'

He then knocked Midnight out. Everyone was shocked at this. Gold Samurai killed a pro hero comrade and framed someone else for it!

"No!" Gold Samurai said, "This deception is her foolish illusion trick!"

"LIAR!" Midnight said, "I was there when he boasted of the murder of a pro hero! It was as you see!"

Nobody believed him or his words. They all turned against Shinji and began booing at him. At that, Shinji was pissed. He had a pulse coming out of his forehead and glared at Hinata with a menacing stare.
