Chapter 18: Festival Commence!

A few days passed. People began training up for the sports festival. Ochako made good work of One For All. In addition to being more agile, she could lift objects and throw them faster, as if she were a telepath.

Izuku was working more on his Shoot Style fighting technique as well as using his ki for ranged attacks. Jiro made good work of her earphone jacks while Tadashi trained with his rings. Momo created a few targets for him to practice on. As for Ryu......

Ryu was washing a few cars at a dealership, using a technique that Kendo taught him. Waxing in big circles with his hands.

"So why am I doing this again?" Ryu asked.

"If I told you you wouldn't get it," Kendo said.

Ryu kept scrubbing the cars without knowing why he was doing so. After a while he was done. He noticed some more cars were still unfinished. For the past few days he had been sanding decks, waxing cars, and painting fences.

"Oh shit, better get to them," Ryu said.

He was about to get back to work. When he went to do them, Kendo smirked to herself. She then turned to the reader.

"God I love this part," Kendo said to the reader with a smile.

Later at the Dojo...

"Show me wax on," Kendo said.

Ryu did the motions as if he were waxing the cars. He realized he was blocking a few incoming attacks from Kendo's arms and legs. He then did a few motions of painting the fence, blocking upper and lower attacks. Ryu began to realize that Kendo was teaching him martial arts techniques through various chores.

"Holy shit," Ryu said.

Finally, after everyone was training their asses, the big day was finally among them. Izuku was training with Ochako with her making a gravity field for them to get stronger and with Ochako able to make stronger gravity fields longer. Needless to say, everyone was excited for the big events. Especially a certain griffin boy!

"YEAH!!! LET'S GO!!! I'LL TAKE YOU ALL ON!!! I'LL EVEN TAKE EVERYONE UP THERE ON!!! FIGHT ME!!!" Jishiki shouted to the sky.

"Wow, talk about enthusiasm," Kirishima said, "I admire that!"

"Well what did you expect?" Hinata asked, "Jishiki has been born a fighter."

Eri ran up to Izuku and Ochako.

"I hope you and Mama win, papa," Eri said.

"We'll definitely do our best, Eri." Izuku said, as he picked Eri up and smothered her in kisses.

"Hahaha papa that tickles stop!" Eri said.

"Why, you're just too adorable not to smother with love!" Izuku said as he tickled Eri, making her laugh harder.

"ALRIGHT! Welcome to this year's Sports Festival!!!" Midnight shouted. "BEFORE WE GET STARTED, A WORD FROM OUR CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, JISHIKI LUKITA!!!"

"Oh shit!" Vlad King said.

"Oh hush, Vlad." Aizawa said.

As Jishiki walked up to the stage, he had a drinking horn on him. He pulled it off his belt and poured some liquid into the horn. After he did that, he took out the sign that said 'not alcoholic'.

"I don't know what this sign says, but there's no alcohol in this. Whatever that means." Jishiki said. He then cleared his throat. "Here's to cheating, stealing, fighting and drinking. If you cheat, may you cheat death. If you steal, may you steal a woman's heart. If you fight, may you fight for a friend. And if you drink, may you drink with me!"
