Izuku Midoriya
Quirk: Quirkless. However this doesn't shut down his drive to be a hero. After being given a book by the quirk doctor, Izuku finds something greater than a quirk. The use of Ki. Using this he is able to fight those who have quirks. Because he is using Ki, chances are he will not be penalized for using powers in public (Provided he doesn't cause collateral damage)

Ki Blast: Izuku channels up ki and dispels it from his hands. This is used as a ranged attack.
Repel: A move that is derived from his mother Inko Yagi a.k.a Magnetic. Izuku can channel Ki as wind pressure and dispel it to push an object from him. In some cases he can also dispel the ki from one finger
Fist Flurry: A physical attack where Izuku throws a series of fast paced punches at his opponent. He can keep his opponents on his toes with this attack.
Full Cowling: Izuku channels the Ki and focuses it around his entire body to get it used to its power.
Ki Solidification: This technique requires a lot of concentration. If done right, Izuku can use the Ki to create weapons such as blades, knives, and even staves.
Instant Smash: A technique that is combined with Instant Transmission. Izuku lunges at his opponent and then does instant transmission. Once behind his opponent Izuku will attack with a fist or a leg to surprise them.
