A second part of this story for nutrailer.

She couldn't concentrate. Seven Hells, how could she. How could she after what he had done. Her mind still filled with the image of him taking her bloodied finger into his mouth and sucking it gently. Still filled with the memory of how her legs had nearly buckled beneath her, as she had looked up into his blue eyes. How her body had begun to react and was still reacting to the gesture. (Y/n) sure that she had never felt anything like it before.

She had been doing her best to read the shabby book. Though she had to admit that she still had no idea what it was about. Her eyes too busy darting between the old velum and the Kingsguard that stood not far from her.

To her mind he was handsome. And he gave off an air that she found most appealing. (Y/n) not minding that he didn't have any hair left on the top of his head. The lady believing that he didn't need it. That it made him look more distinguished. His grey and white beard giving his face a friendly look, despite the fact that she knew how dangerous the older man could be. The younger Arryn moving uncomfortably in her seat, as one of her dreams about him suddenly flooded her thoughts. Her body screaming at her for relief, as images of him removing her clothes. Of him carrying her to the bed, before laying her on the mattress and moving over her. His strong body between her legs. His lips kissing hers, before he pushed inside her and made her feel all the things that she so desperately wanted to feel. The lady finding her breath becoming shallow, her skin flushing as the sounds of her own moans filled her ears. Of her saying his name as she came undone.

(Y/n) knew that she was only torturing herself. Harrold was a Kingsguard. He had sworn an oath. An oath that she knew meant so much to him. An oath that stopped him from doing what she was thinking of. She had done her best to distract herself from the Lord Commander. To look at the other men that roamed the Red Keep. But no matter what she tried, as soon as she saw him again, all thoughts of other men vanished, as she looked up at him.

A beautifully accented voice came, knocking the lurid thoughts from her mind. (Y/n) looking up at the Kingsguard to see concern etched in the lines around his eyes.

                                                           >>---------------------------------<<

Harrold stood there as he normally would. The older man doing his best to look at anything, to think about anything other than the woman sat in the chair. A part of him couldn't help but chastise himself for what he had done. He had overstepped the boundaries in more ways than one. He was the Lady Arryn's guard. There to protect and watch over her, nothing more. She was the king's cousin and good sister. The queen's true sister. Yet it had felt so right. As if it was the natural thing to do. After all, it was just another way of protecting her.............wasn't it?

The Lord Commander had never really questioned his decision to take the oath. It had been the proudest moment of his life when he had donned the white cloak. Yet at this time, he found himself thinking. The bigger part of him wishing he hadn't stopped with just her finger. That when her finger had left his mouth, he had wanted to move his lips to her mouth. To the flesh of her neck. To her breasts. To pushing her up against the shelves and touch her until she was moaning beneath him. The knight finding it hard to breath for a moment. To think of anything other than the beautiful lady. His mind only pulled from his thoughts, as it suddenly sounded as though she was struggling to breath. Harrold turning to see the lady looking flushed and breathless.

"My lady............Is everything alright.............?" He asked. A hint of concern in his voice as he moved closer to her. The flush on her skin appearing to get a little deeper as he stood over her.

"I er...................Yes, I-I'm fine. I just...............Would you take a seat, Harrold. I think that I would feel better." (Y/n) replied. The Kingsguard nodding before removing his sword from his side and taking a seat in the chair across from her.

"Could I ask you something?" (Y/n) enquired, as she closed her book and placed it on the table next to her. A small smile pulling at her lips, as her guard nodded slowly.

"Why did you take the oath................?"

Harrold was taken aback for a moment. He couldn't really remember ever been asked why he had taken the cloak. But from the look in her eyes, it was obvious that the lady wanted more than for him than to say, "I just did".

"It is a privilege to take the oath, my lady. To serve the king and his family. And after all my years of battle taking the oath, swearing my allegiance to the king, seemed like the next step................"

"But do you ever regret it? Not the part about protecting the king and the royal family, but..............the part about not being able to take a wife and father no children. Surly there must once have been a special woman in your life. A lady of noble birth. A woman that you wished to marry................?"

"Aye, its true that there were women when I was younger. Even one that I thought about marrying. But...............nothing ever..............it just wasn't meant to be." Harrold explained. (Y/n) finding herself inching a little further forward in her seat. Working up the courage to ask the Kingsguard what she really wanted to know.

"Would you ever think about breaking it.................?"

"My lady.................?"

"If a woman came along..........A woman that had found herself caring for you. Caring a lot for you. Would you break your oath of chastity for her? Could you perhaps care about her in return. Let her give you everything that she is?" (Y/n) continued. Her heart in her mouth as she looked at him. It obvious that he was shocked by her questions. That he wasn't quite sure what to say in reply. The lady slowly getting to feet and covering the small distance between herself and the knight, in one short step. (Y/n) placing her hand on his shoulder before leaning over so that she could whisper into his ear.

"Because if you ever do, Ser Westerling. You know where to find me............" She told him. Placing a long soft kiss to his cheek, before standing up straight and turning. Making her way over to the door and back out into the corridor. The knight sitting, dumbfounded in his seat for a moment, before grabbing his sword and racing to catch up to his charge. Her words really making the Kingsguard question, if he could ever break his oath.
