Tracking and hunting down the escaping Riots had been an easy and quick task for Sehun. These people were foolish enough to believe that the vehicles they had received from their leader were safe enough to escape. This was not the case, however, because Oh Sehun had made all the arrangements for the purge months beforehand and had placed GPS transmitters on the vehicles accordingly. The chase afterwards had been the purest fun. The chases with the vehicles, the subsequent pushing off the road, the ensuing car accidents and the surprised faces of the renegade Riots.

The carnage had been a joy-fest for Sehun, but unfortunately - it seemed to him - it had gone by far too quickly. Perhaps this was due to the fact that he could not listen to all the apologies and pleas for his own life for long.

The leader of the Riots was too angry, too vindictive for that.

Too unyielding.

As Hoony placed the last body on the pile of dead, Sehun stood a little apart from it. Hands buried deep in his black trench coat, while a look of cold eyes regarded the mountain of traitors with satisfaction. His people had done a good job, and they had also taken this lesson to heart, so much so that they had asked their leader if they would now continue to search for Exol.

But even though the tall young man was pleased, he had only shaken his head.

This was not the task of the Riots and the long-legged Korean was aware of that. He had also been aware that it could have gone even worse than the loss of his dog, because that way Sehun still had hope that his furry friend was alive.

"That's all of them now," Hoony informed his boss, who was squatting in front of the mountain of corpses while two of the Riots doused them with gasoline. His gaze traveled from his black sneakers, up his equally black jeans, until his dark brown eyes lingered on Sehun's angular face.

The purger nodded.

"Burn them!" ordered Sehun to his men, who complied with that order directly.

After Hoony rose from his crouch, Sehun glanced at him and something about Hoony's face changed. It was only a slight change in a split second and yet the black haired man knew something was wrong.

Instantly, two things happened at the same time.

Hoony, who was moving towards his leader, trying to gain speed, and Sehun, who took a step to the side in front of the blond.

As it turned out after only a few seconds, his right hand had tried to protect him from the insidious attack, whereas the black-haired man had reacted correctly and had dodged it in time. The attacker turned out to be the woman they had picked up from the poker store, and as Sehun was also allowed to discover at that moment, she had not only had a nail file as a weapon. Because when Hoony collided with her, she drilled a letter opener into his neck, because he had prevented her from attacking Sehun.
