It's been three days since the accident...

"Shut up!! It's my fault! I couldn't protect her or you!!!" Luffy wipes his teary eyes sobbing and shaking his head "don't say that it's no one's fault" Yasopp tried to comfort him, giving the doctor the bucket and then turning to Luffy and his captain who sat on the ground, laying their backs on the wall of the house you were currently getting treated at.

"She can't control it yet huh?" Benn came in joining the conversation "she's just like her father" He then chuckled letting out a cloud of smoke "she will..just give her time" Roux plotted down munching his meat.

Noticing Luffy's silence, the men looked at him with concerned eyes "i-in...All of that...She tried to protect m-me..." The little boy clenched into his shorts tears dropping to the dry grass, mind playing the events as it only made him feel worse "of course she did! that's what friends are for" Wakusei spoke as Shanks's nodded "I...I'm sorry...Wakusei" Luffy looked up at him tears going nonstop.

"Did it work...?" Then the voice made them all flinch "Sora please...you need rest" Makino knelled next to your small figure, head wrapped in bandages and your trembling hand clenched to the cloth over your shoulders, no matter how much Makino begged, you didn't budge.

Shanks's hat covered his eyes, only his warm smile is what you could see, you stood there for a few seconds before sliding your hand who held into the wall to help you walk up to him, Makino followed behind carefully.

"Your arm is okay, right? Did I do it?" You held onto his jacket desperate to know but he only moved his arm and pulled you to a warm side hug...

"You did your best kid...I appreciate it" his words made you tear up "I-I'm..sorry" you buried your face into his side "don't worry about it.."

"So you won't be coming back to this village after this voyage?" Luffy gasped "that's right. We've been using this harbor as a base of operations for a long time. Maybe too long" Shanks explained watching his crew load the different boxes into the ship "are you sad?" He then looked at you and Luffy "maybe a little..but we'll meet up" you answered him with a big grin making him raise an eyebrow "yeah! I'm sad...but I won't ask you to take me with you" Luffy said with a smile before putting his arm over your shoulder and pulling you closer to him "cause...We've decided to become pirates on our own!!" He announced as you chuckled "it wouldn't do you any good, you're still too little" Shanks pulled out his tongue at you both making you pout "there's no way you can become pirates" he flicked your forehead making you wince "yes we will!" Luffy as always argued back "you'll see!! And one day we'll meet again in the sea!" You spoke voice full of determination "one day we'll have a ship and a crew better than yours!!" Luffy let go and screamed making everyone look at you both "and we'll have the biggest hoard of treasure in the world!!" You rose your arms in the arm as high as you can.

"WE'RE GONNA BE RULES OF THE PIRATES!!"

Your voices echoed through the air making everyone smirk your way..

"I'M GONNA BE KING OF THE PIRATES!!"

"AND I'M GONNA FIND ONE PIECE! I'M GOING TO SOLVE THE MYSTERY LEFT IN PIRATES HISTORY!!"

"Hmm.. you're gonna be better than us? Solve Mistery of pirates? huh?" Shanks smiled taking off his straw hat confusing you and Luffy, then he placed it on Luffy's head shocking you "shanks.." You called him but he took your wrist and placed your hand on the hat that rested on the boy's head who's tears started to pile up 

"Do me a favor...keep this hat safe for me..."

"Grandpaaaa! I keep telling you! I wanna be the pirate king!"

"Pirate king my foot! First, you eat a devil fruit and now you spout this nonsense! You, Ace, and Sora! The three of you!! You're going to become the strongest navy man ever!" 

"Pops~" You mumbled as he gasped "Ah-! And strongest navy woman ever!" He quickly added as you nodded "also who said I'll be in the navy? I'm gonna become a pirate" you told him "No!! Not you two~! You will be as great as your mother!!" the old man whined "OOOW!! I'm made of rubber so why does this hurt?! Let me go, Grandpa!" Luffy yelled bouncing up and down as the man tightened his grip on his cheek "Pops~" You called the old man again kicking his shoulders with your tiny legs, eyebrow twitching. He refused to let you down off his shoulders since he took you and Luffy and it's not like you hated it..but you ended up getting hit with a tree because of Luffy!

After why seemed like ages, Garp held you with his big arms and placed you down next to Luffy who looked at you with a frowning face "maybe it's because how Pops pinched your cheek not because it stretched" you tilted your head placing a finger on your chin while Luffy kept frowning.

BAUM BAUM!

"DADAN GET OUT HERE!!!" the man called out with his loud voice, walking around with Luffy, you spotted a butterfly on a flower making you walk close to it to inspect it and how pretty it looked.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

Until a loud yell that echoed probably through the whole island made the little butterfly run away despite reaching for it you didn't manage to catch it "what the...who's that kid??! ANOTHER ONE?! This one is your grandson Garp--I mean mister Garp?" Dadan yelled looking at Luffy stroll around like an idiot yet it didn't seem like she noticed you yet.

"Now Sora~ Luffy! You'll be living here from now on!" The old man called you sweetly as you walked up to Luffy who seemed to be looking up, following his gaze you saw a kid with a scary look in his eyes it was quite the staring contest...until he spit on Luffy's face.

"AH! SPIT! YUCK!!" Luffy whipped his cheek disgusted as you took a few steps away then turned to him "hey! Who are you!?" Luffy yelled raging "oh that's Ace" Garp answered with a smile "you're back, Ace?!" Then the woman called him "what a scary look you have~" You said crossing your arms together making the black-haired boy turn to you 'what is that voice?' while Dadan fell to her knees as she finally noticed your small figure "you won't be able to make any friends with that face! it's not a good look y'know~" You stepped away missing the stick he threw at you "that's Ace. He's three years older than you from now on you'll be living together, make sure to get along with him" Garp introduces the boy for you and Luffy "so we will live here with him, it's okay! it's not like you will die" you patted Luffy's back before turning to the woman called Dadan.

"Dadan-san it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Sorachi and this is Luffy. We'll be in your care from now on"

'that voice..'

"Dadan?" Garp raised an eyebrow but you suddenly went flying

"I'LL BE GLAD TO TAKE CARE OF YOU DEAR~!!"
