"Sahir, are you okay?" The boy opened his eyes to see Penelope, Kori, and Una'Myus standing around him. Sahir groaned sitting up, his fists clenching the sheets of his hospital bed.
"I have the worst headache," Sahir said with a small smile.
"Can you tell us what happened?" Una'Myus asked, clicking the top of her pen and passing it to Penelope, who had been holding a notepad.
"Gemini happened." Sahir closed his arms. "She and another person were stealing medical supplies and I had a vision and tried to stop them."
"What were you doing Kori?" Penelope asked, turning to the girl.
Before she could reply, Sahir spoke again, "She was mind controlled and sent away."
"Can you tell us anything about the person that was with her?" Una'Myus urged.
"I can't describe them because they wore masks and were dressed in black clothing," Sahir said looking at his hands. "I can say they have to be something supernatural. They were really fast."
"Well, I guess we now know how she flees the crime scenes so fast," Penelope chimed in as she scribbled away.
"I want to know how she couldn't mind control me... like, it was clear she tried but she had to resort to something else." Kori tilted her head to look at Sahir.
"You're resistant to psychic attacks," Kori said with a huff. "I can't believe I let her in my mind."
"Well, don't take it too hard. She constantly invades mine and I would swear I was ready for her." Una'Myus sighed. Ori entered the room, a clipboard in hand.
"Here's a list of items that were stolen," Ori said, rubbing the side of his head.
"Thanks, doc, uh you good?" Una'Myus asked, looking over the list.
"Yeah, just really tired." Penelope inched closer to Una'Myus, taking a peek at the list.
"What could she possibly want with epinephrine and insulin?" Penelope asked, writing a few things on the notepad.
"Maybe she's giving it to someone who needs it. I mean all she's been stealing are necessities," Una'Myus folded the list and slid it into her pocket.
"Sahir, if you'd like, you can head home. I'm sure you can use some more rest," Ori suggested as Sahir stood from his bed.
"Thank you, I'll See You Next Week." Sahir grabbed his lunch from the nearby table.
"You'll be seeing me tomorrow, I was told that we're needed in the community right?" Ori looked over to Una'Myus, who simply nodded.
"Oh, okay. I wish someone would have mentioned this to me," Sahir said, rolling his eyes. "I have homework and studying to do."
"John and Laura were supposed to tell you," Una'Myus said, Penelope, glaring beside her.
"Can you give us a ride home, Una'Myus?" Penelope asked. "I have a few words for John and Laura."
"I can give Sahir and Kori a ride home. But you and I have some more work to do." Penelope groaned, slipping the notepad into her jacket pocket.
"Alright then, can we get going?" Kori said, heading for the door. Everyone gathered their things and followed after her.
The drive to the mansion was silent. As they pulled up Penelope turned around to look at her brother in the backseat.
Before she could say anything Sahir spoke. "Don't worry Nel, imma rip them myself." Una'Myus laughed and Penelope sighed. Kori exited the car and walked toward the door.
