Kase spent a good majority of his night listening to Jemma and Arthur talk about what had happened that day. Meredith Gray almost died, Ellis Gray did die, and he was now sitting in his own hospital bed trying to make it through the night without just signing himself out. Of course the hospital wanted to make sure he was okay through the night but he did wish to be able to sleep in his own bed

"It was so insane. Oh and I got a chance to help Dr. Torres on a procedure for a seven year old." Arthur said. He ate a spoonful of jello that had been brought to Kase but Kase didn't eat it.

"Don't you two have work in the morning?"

Arthur and Jemma turned towards their resident who stood in the doorway to the hospital room. They shot up out of their chairs and Arthur quickly placed down the jello he ate.

"Dr. Sloan we were just-" Jemma started but Leo held his hand up.

"Visiting hours are over and you two are off shift. Plus I'm sure Kase wants some sleep." Leo spoke taking a step into the room and moving out of the way of the doorway. "Go home."

The two nodded, saying a quick goodbye to Kase before they exited the room. Leo smiled as he watched them leave before he continued deeper into the room. He stopped at the end of the bed.

"I thought you were sending people home so I could sleep?" Kase stated.

Leo's smile dropped as he grabbed the chart of Kase Blackwell and looked over it. "You don't get to talk to me casually after what happened."

"Dr. Slo-"

"Leo. We are out of work so use my name." Leo responded. He placed the chart down again. "I hate you."

"I don't think you can talk to me like that, you're on shif-"

Leo unclipped his badge, slamming it on the table before moving towards the door. He pushed the door closed before turning back to Kase.

"Who the hell do you think I am?" Leo asked moving towards the bed again. "Do you think that I'm just here to play emotional games with?"

"Do you think that I tried to drown?" Kase asked.

"No but I do think you pick the worse times to talk about things. To bring up feelings and emotions." Leo exclaimed. "I gave you some simple rules and you had to go and break most of them. And we can't have feelings like this."

"What is this about?" Kase asked.

Leo looked at the ground. "I'm going with Nate to Massachusetts tomorrow and interviewing for a job at Boston Children's Hospital."

"What?"

"I'm leaving." Leo said. "And if I get the job it's going to be for good. So what do you want? For me to stay or go?"
