"But why do I have to sleep on the floor? It's my goddamned bedroom!" Delany whined.
Who could've of guessed we would fight for a bed?
"I'm your goddamned fiancé so deal with it!" I yelled back.
"There you go! You said it yourself. My fiancé. That means there's no problem in sleeping together!"
"I'm not going to sleep with you." I made a disgusted face.
"Not like that idiot! Well not yet until you know later, anyways that's not the point. Damn it! I want to sleep in my bed!" He threw his hands up in the air.
"Don't call me an idiot, idiot! This isn't my fault to begin with. It's your parents idea so go complain to them not me!" I got under the covers.
He said nothing. We've been together for just a few hours and we're already fighting over something as pathetic as who gets to sleep on the bed.
Now that I think about it why didn't he yell back?
I pulled the cover off my face and looked around the room.
He was smirking.
Oh boy.
Suddenly he is on top of me.
And is he heavy?
"Del get off me. You're so heavy!"
"But I like this position." He smirked.
"I'll let you sleep here but get off me. Now." I said with a straight face.
He nodded and smiled.
"Del you're taking all the covers and I'm cold." I pulled the end off the cover over me.
He gave a hard tug on the cover and took it all off me.
"Delany! I'm freezing! Give me some!" I yelled at him fighting for the covers. Tugging hard on the end of it.
He started laughing there where tears in his eyes.
"That sounded so dirty!"
Sounded so dirty...?
Oh my god!
"Not like that idiot!" I felt my cheeks heat.
He kept laughing and I pulled harder on the covers. But he had loosened his grip on it making me fall backwards off the bed with a loud thud and an "OW!"
He peeked at me from the bed. Serious. Roaming his eyes over me. Once he seemed satisfied he began to laugh again.
I got up and laid down on the bed, making sure to keep a strong grip on the covers so he wouldn't take them way.
After a few minutes he shut up and even breathing took after.
Seconds later I fell asleep too.
"No Mikhail watch the truck!"
"What are you-" but it was too late. The truck driver was drunk and driving towards us.
Mikhail drove off the road and we hit only God knows what.
All I remember was he telling me to take care of our parents and we both passed out.
I sat up abruptly.
"Mika." I gasped.
I looked down at Delany who is still sleeping.
The clock reads 5:40 a.m.
We still have time to get to school.
I gathered my clothes and took a quick shower. Crying the whole time.
